Stir in the gelatine powder with the ½ cup of cold water, set aside for 5 minutes. ⁣ 2. Simmer 2 cups of water, 1 tbs fresh pomegranate juice or food colouring and the Natvia in a saucepan for 5 minutes. ⁣ 3. Add the gelatin and stir until dissolved.⁣ 4. Add the rosewater and stir.⁣ 5. Pour into a lightly greased loaf pan and place in the refrigerator until set, 4 hours or overnight.⁣ 6. Remove from the refrigerator and cut into small squares.⁣ 7. Toss the squares in arrowroot flour.⁣ 8. Optional: melt chocolate in the microwave. Vegetable & Red Lentil Paella Ingredients 6 Bite Me Fine Foods Red Lentil Fakki Patties 2 cups aborio rice 1 litre organic chicken style or vegetable stock 100g green beans, sliced 1 cup frozen peas 1 onion, sliced 2 cloves minced garlic 1 tomato, diced 1/2 cup white wine 3 tsp tomato paste 2 stalks thyme (leaves only) 2 tbsp parsley, chopped 2 tsp sweet paprika Sea salt to taste Method: 1. Ik kocht er veel nieuwe producten zoals vegan kaas want sinds ik deze vegan kapsalon uitprobeerde ben ik helemaal in de ban van vegankaas 🤩 die trouwens het merendeel uit kokosolie en water bestaat (en juist omdat je dat proeft, ben ik fan) De variant die ik voor de kapsalon gebruikt heb was cheddar maar je hebt zelfs mozzarella , geiten & blauwe kaas 🙈 blijf dus zeker op de hoogte voor meer recepten via mijn account . Verder gebruikte ik zoete aardappel friet & vegan gehakt. En ook nog met veganaise gekocht bij hemanederland Fijne zondag 🧡

last full day of this amazing trip and i am amazingly full. the breakfast at guldsmedenhotels in reykjavik takes breakfast buffets to another level. and spoiler, i have not eaten intuitively at breakfast. neither yesterday nor today. i have stuffed myself. been a bit uncomfortably full. and it was so damn worth it. sometimes i throw my own rule book out and eat like a football linebacker in bulking season. i love food so much & a big part of what i enjoy about vacays is eating good food. i know that in two days i will be back at the12movement and back to my egg white protein oats for breakie, but for now i might not stop when i am full👌🏻also, here’s my short but sweet recap of my fav eats in reykjavik: • messinnreykjavik artic char dish is a must. • sumacgrilldrinks tahini glazed cod with halloumi and lamb ribs with lentils, grapes and almonds were super yummy and a fun atmosphere too. we sat at the bar and loved it. • braudogco cinnamon rolls will steal your heart.

Salt * Make the sauce: in a high-speed blender, puree the cashews, miso paste, garlic, Dijon mustard, water, lemon juice, olive oil, and a pinch of salt until smooth. Taste and adjust the seasonings. * Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the brussels sprouts, cut side down, along with a pinch of salt. Let them sear until the cut side becomes golden brown, 2-3 minutes. Toss and continue cooking for an additional 7-10 minutes, or until tender. * Add a squeeze of lemon juice to the pan, toss once more, then remove from the heat and transfer to a plate. * Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the package, cooking until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of the pasta water. Drain and return the pasta to the pot. Stir in the sauce, adding pasta water as needed to thin the sauce and make it creamy. Add the brussels sprouts and toss until heated through. * Enjoy!😋👌

So mag ich mein Porridge am liebsten. Verbrannt 😂😂 Dieser Moment, wenn du am Laptop sitzt und dich fragst, was das für ein Geruch ist und eine Sekunde später in der Luft hängst, weil dir eingefallen ist, dass du Porridge auf dem Herd stehen hast 🙈🐒 Ja, die unterste Schicht klebt nun braun am Topf fest 😅 Aber mit ner Tonne Zimt drin und Brombeerkonfitüre drüber schmeckt man das Raucharoma kaum noch raus 😂 Dieser andere Moment, wenn du nach ner durchzechten Nacht und nach nur 4 Stunden Schlaf ins Bad schlurfst, aufs schlimmste gefasst einen Blick in den Spiegel riskierst und dir denkst "wie zur Hölle kann meine Haut jetzt gerade besser aussehen als gestern?!" 🙈😍 Nun, da gibt es viele Faktoren. Zum einen für Schönheit von Innen sorgen: darauf achten, dass Körper inklusive Haut mit allen essentiellen Nährstoffen (Aminosäuren, Fettsäuren, Vitaminen und Mineralstoffen) versorgt ist. Viel Wasser trinken, auch während des Saufens und zwischen den Shots immer mal wieder ein Glas Wasser gönnen. Nach der Party: Abschminken! Und zwar gründlich. Eventuell noch ne Pflege drauf. Wanted to add something more to my salad and went with a chickpea mash to try something different. ⁣ I mashed chickpeas with dijon mustard, lemon juice, pink salt and pepper, cucumber and red onion. Threw it on top of a veggie and spinach salad lightly tossed in balsamic vinaigrette. Super yummy!
