Durch die falsche Ernährung hat sich das noch verschlimmert. Irgendwann habe ich dann verschiedene Diäten mit mittelmäßigen Erfolgen ausprobiert. Leider hat mich danach immer wieder der Jo-Jo-Effekt erwischt und mein Gewicht stieg meistens wieder über mein Ausgangsgewicht. Ich wechselte vom aktiven Handball zum Zuschauer… Eine Zeit lang habe ich mich damit einfach abgefunden und mein Gewicht stieg weiter. Durch die Erfolge bei meinem Bruder mit dem Konzept bekam ich neuen Mut: Mehr essen und weniger wiegen? Das machte mich neugierig. Ich startete im Juni 2018. Anfangs viel mir die Umstellung schwer, aber es klappte immer besser. Zu meinem Erstaunen, war ich immer satt und die Kilos schmolzen so dahin. Nach vier Wochen hatte ich schon fast 10 Kg runter! An den Schlemmertagen ab der 5ten Woche habe ich nichts ausgelassen und es mir richtig gut gehen lassen. Jetzt hatte ich meinen Rhythmus gefunden. Jetzt nach einem Jahr habe ich 41 Kg weniger zu schleppen, das ist eine unheimliche Erleichterung. The inside of the banana muffins I posted last week 🤤 . . I decided to remake these and actually weigh my ingredients so here it is; . -250g wholewheat flour. -3 tbsp baking powder -2 tbsp sugar. -2 eggs -100g plain, natural or Greek yoghurt -100ml water -4 ripe bananas . 1. Preheat oven time 180 degrees Celsius 2. Mix flour, sugar and baking powder in a bowl 3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg, yoghurt, water and mashed bananas 4. Stir wet mixture into the dry but don’t over mix 5. Spoon into a 12 piece muffin tray and push either 1 square of dark chocolate or a few blueberries into the centre 6. I’m embarrassed to write this. I’m saying the same thing over and over. I lack discipline. I can’t come on here and lie. I can’t come on here and say my diet was perfect. This blog has to be honest, and real. My goal is to inspire others, and right now I’m not achieving that goal. Today I’ve completed a hour strength and conditioning workout. That’s nothing to write home about. I find training easy. I’m not being arrogant, I find it easy because I enjoy it. It doesn’t take discipline for me to train. It does take discipline for me to remain within a calorie deficit. I’m failing. Today’s story was similar to yesterday’s. I knew I was going to my dads to watch the Manchester United vs Liverpool game, and I know he gets in pizza, cookies and muffins. I thought rather than me relying on discipline, I’ll leave myself enough calories to enjoy two cookies, one at half time and one at full time. However, I did the same as yesterday. Before I went to my dads, I ate into this allowance by eating a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I ate this again through boredom as opposed to hunger! Shame on me. My dad had got two pizzas, 5 cookies and 4 muffins for TWO of us. I had one quarter of a pizza and two cookies. Again, this puts me over my calorie allowance for the day! I don’t blame anyone who stops reading this blog, as it must sound like I keep saying the same thing. This week I’m no closer to achieving my goal. I’m going to make you a promise. I will not go over 1,900 calories in any one of the days this coming week. The reinvention of my banana muffins, let me introduce to you the cark chocolate covered STRAWBERRY BANANA LOAF. In my opinion a great, breakfast, dessert and even a pre workout snack. 🍌INGREDIENTS - 3 mashed bananas - 1 1⁄2 cups of almond flour or crushed almonds - 2 eggs - 1⁄2 cup of Greek yoghurt - 1 tbsp of baking soda - 1 tsp vanilla extract - Maple syrup - Cinnamon - Chocolate chips (75% min) - Strawberries 🍓PREP: - Preheat oven to 180*C - Mash bananas with a fork in a large bowl, then add the eggs, yoghurt, maple syrup and vanilla extract and mix - In another bowl mix dry ingredients (almond flour, baking soda and cinnamon) - Add the banana mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well - Add chopped strawberries and chocolate chips - Place in a silicone or non stick mold and put it in the oven for 45-50mins 🍌INGREDIENTES - 3 bananos machacados - 1 taza y media de harina de almendra o almendras trituradas - 2 huevos - 1⁄2 taza de yogurt griego - 1 cda de polvos de hornear - 1 cdita de extracto de vanilla - Syrope de maple - Canela - Chispas de chocolate (75% min) - Fresas 🍓PREP: - Precalentar horno a 180*C - Machacar los bananos con un tenedos en un recipiente y agregar los huevos, yogurt, syrope de maple y vainilla, mezclar - En otro reciente mezclar los ingredientes secos (harina, polvos de hornear y canela) - Agregarle la mezcla de bananos a los ingredientes secos y mezclar bien - Agregarle las chispas de chocolate y las fresas cortadas en pedacitos - Poner la mezcla en un recipiente de silicona y meter al horno por alrededor de 45-50mins cleaneating healthyfood healthylifestyle healthyrecipes likeforlikes foodporn foodies snacks snacksaludable foodblogger foodglooby

One of the things that I've been craving the most lately is pork fried rice. It feels like such an odd craving to have especially after eating vegan for so long, but something about the savoriness of the dish has been sticking with me. Of course, I'm not about to go out in order some. So, I took on the challenge of making this dish vegan and satisfying those savory cravings. A little bit of teriyaki sauce, a bunch of veggies, and some ground Beyond Meat go a long way. Predlog za jednu verziju meksičke salate koju obožavaam 😍. Jako je ukusna i lako se pravi, može da se jede kao prilog jelima a i kao ceo obrok ako mene pitate 🤤👏🏼. Nema mesa a kao izvor proteina i ugljenih hidrata tu je crveni pasulj koji u zadnje vreme jako često jedem 🙈. Može da se jede i topla i hladna (čak je i lepša kad je hladna 🙌🏼) tako da je idealna da se pakuje i nosi sa sobom. Ako koristite povrće iz konzerve onda čak ni šporet ne morate da palite 😅. . MEKSIČKA SALATA🇲🇽 ▫️Skuvati i ocediti crveni pasulj i kukuruz (ukoliko se koristi povrće iz konzerve obavezno se dobro ispere). ▫️Iseći ljubičasti luk na trakice pa ga zaliti maslinovim uljem, solju, biberom i limunovim sokom. ▫️Iseći pečenu papriku na trakice pa zatim svo povrće spojiti i promešati. . Mislim da sam navela dovoljno razloga da je što pre probate 😁.
