Crazy Tuesday around here.. 🏃🏻‍♀️few unpredictable issues came up today and almost ruined my day, but I am learning that there is so much we can do.. so life goes on, and the way we decide to deal with the problems is key to keep us healthy, in this case, mental health😛 Not a lot of time for lunch so made a quick Tofu farofa and baked my veggie burger and the kabocha squash with rosemary at the same time. Had a quinoa cooked in the fridge, so micro greens and lettuce, cherry tomatoes, hummus, pumpkin seeds and this lunch came out perfect, and definitely improved my mood! plantbased healthylifestyle healthyfood veggiefood kikasmeal kikahealthliving farofavegana lovemyveggies healthyrecipes

Kilka osób pytało mnie o suplementację w ciąży. Po długiej analizie, czytaniu i rozmów z innymi zostałam przy magnezie, metylowanym b kompleks, omega 3 z kryla i probiotyki w płynie. Od wczoraj biorę magnez 3x dziennie, a od niedzieli no spe 3x dziennie. Dzisiaj mogę śmiało powiedzieć, że w końcu czuję się lepiej! Wyższa dawka magnezu = więcej spokoju wewnętrznego a w połączeniu z no spa luźniejszy i mniej bolesny brzuch. Najtrudniej było mi znaleźć dobry probiotyk. Zależało mi na prostym składzie, kilku szczepowym, w płynie i bez dodatków. Znalazłam ten, nie ma on rekomendacji dla kobiet w ciąży, więc biorę go na własną odpowiedzialność. W porównaniu z tym co jest dostępne w aptekach - skład tego jest jednym z najlepszych. Odkąd stosuję ten probiotyk moje jelita lepiej pracują a ja przetrwałam okres mdłości. Wszystko co stosuję konsultowałam z każdym lekarzem, u którego byłam. Rozmawiałam dzisiaj z koordynatorem kliniki miracoloclinic, przygotowuje się do wizyty w Dortmundzie, rozmawialiśmy też o kwestii lekarza prowadzącego ciąże w Warszawie. Dostałam też dzisiaj informacje od innej osoby o tym, że przy endometriozie i adenomiozie lekarz wykonujący cięcie cesarskie może wdrożyć dodatkowe procedury: dodatkowe czyszczenie rany oraz zastosowanie środków przeciwzrostowych. A więc da się zrobić więcej! Po weekendzie pełnym emocji jestem coraz bliżej ku zmianie kierunku z Białegostoku do Warszawy. When your workout is heavy weights sometimes you need to modify or.. change it up. .. I find that doing bent over rows sometimes bothers my back.. So if double weights isn't working... it's easy to switch to single arm row.... and adding a stability ball takes pressure off your back and adds a little core component. ... Laying on the floor for pullovers can also be challenging.. Sometimes my weight hits the floor behind me. But again... adding a stability ball to the equation puts a new spin on it. It not only gives you a little longer reach but it also adds that core component. .. Give each a try Sometimes it's nice to change it up.
