I’ve learned a lot teaching Fitness and Wellness to college students - One thing I’ve noticed over time is that they (and myself alike) are more likely to learn from experience. They ask about how to get into lifting, working out and eating nutritionally and I can talk for hours on these subjects.... but they don’t learn until they try. - I never thought I’d take a rest day, eat over 200g carbs, and stop doing cardio... but here I am. We learn from experience. And I’ve learned these new things are good things! - A lot of my students, and people out there want a “quick fix” and want “instant gratification” instead of trying out new things and giving them an actual chance. - Give something new a chance, you may be surprised what you learn. Yessssssss!!! If you follow my IG stories, you would see me struggling with latte art pours every morning before I head out for work 😂 but this weekend, I did this and felt pretty proud 💥 . The MILK: The part I find most difficult is steaming the milk to the “right” micro foam consistency. I used semi-skimmed milk for ages and it turns out whole milk is muuuuchhhh better. Then I started trying out different milks (rather than the default Waitrose or Tesco label ones) and so far yeovalley organic whole milk works pretty well. . The MACHINE: Also, it took me ages to “get used to” this lelitespresso machine’s steam wand. When I did my barista training 5 years ago, my latte art looked almost better than this on the first few tries 😅because the steam wand was so much easier to control! Is that just me making excuses? Or should I really look to invest in the mini lamarzoccohome machine at home (it costs almost £4000) 😂 . The BEANS: Thankfully I haven’t struggled with finding good beans in London. Here I’m using unionroasted Yayu Forest which is great for a balanced espresso (and can be conveniently bought online or at Waitrose) . When we first find God we are happy and hopeful but as the storms start to hit us we start swaying in the wind back and forth trying to catch our footing wondering if we should fall or keep pushing through. Of course not, the runner has been training his or her skills everyday for years so he or she could get that first place. We have to prove our faith is real and genuine. Look at a tree. It's not planted inside a warm comfy climate controlled home. Its planted outside in the elements forced to live with extreme temperatures, drought and snow. The tree digs deep into the ground to keep itself alive always reaching for more nutrients, always holding on, even against all hope. Your roots can grow strong too when you survive every season while you keep getting those life giving elements from our God. A small little sapling grows into an enoormous oak tree when it holds tightly to the soil that surrounds it. You too will grow in strength when you hold tightly to the Word of God. Iron is a mineral that is important for human survival because the body needs it  for growth and development. Your body uses iron to make hemoglobin, a protein in red blood cells that carries oxygen from the lungs to all parts of the body, and myoglobin, a protein that provides oxygen to muscles. Iron in food comes in two forms: heme iron and nonheme iron. Nonheme iron is found in plant foods and iron-fortified food products. Meat, seafood, and poultry have both heme and nonheme iron. Your body absorbs iron from plant sources better when you eat it with foods that contain vitamin C, such as citrus fruits, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, and broccoli. Getting too little iron does not cause obvious symptoms. The body uses its stored iron in the muscles, liver, spleen, and bone marrow. But when levels of iron stored in the body become low, iron deficiency, anemia sets in. Red blood cells become smaller and contain less hemoglobin. As a result, blood carries less oxygen from the lungs throughout the body. Symptoms of iron deficiency anemia include GI upset, weakness, tiredness, lack of energy, and problems with concentration and memory. In addition, people with iron deficiency anemia are less able to fight off germs and infections, to work and exercise, and to control their body temperature. Infants and children with iron deficiency anemia might develop learning difficulties. Iron deficiency is most prevalent among women due to loss of blood during menstruation and pregnancy. You said you wanted, so here you have the recipe for the super easy fudge. 🍬 Peanut butter fudge 🍬: . ➡️ Ingredients 1 cup smooth peanut butter traderjoes 1/2 cup coconut oil terrasoul 1/2 cup maple syrup 1/2 tsp salt - Variations: Sugar free chocolate chips lakantoNuts (cashews or walnuts) nutsdotcom. ➡️ Directions 1️⃣ Place all the ingredients (except the variations) in a microwave safe bowl, and microwave for 30 seconds (or until coconut oil is melted). 2️⃣ Stir until smooth. Add the variation you prefer (as the mixture is still hot, if you add chocolate chips, you'll get that lovely marble effect - don't stir too much!). 3️⃣ Pour into silicone molds or a pan lined with parchment paper and refrigerate overnight. 4️⃣ Remove from the fridge and serve! 💡Store in the fridge because they will melt easily at room temperature. Всемирная история смертельных инфекций»). Если сверхкратко, то мы в жопе 🤷. Как если бы вы сейчас узнали, что у всех военных, полицейских и охранников тюрем в табельном оружии нет патронов, поэтому нет никаких гарантий, что завтра не начнется восстание или война. И так по всему миру. ☘️ Что вообще происходит: есть иллюзия, что эпидемии — следствие плохих социальный условий, но в реальности все наоборот. В период с 1940 по 2004 год в мире появилось или вернулось из небытия в общей сложности около 300 инфекционных заболеваний. Physic update!! 2years ago vs now 🏋️‍♂️💪🔥 . . Never tough that we would get so far... I'm enjoying every single day of the process. Wouldn't be the same thing without tom_aston_online_coaching We are really hyped for our first competition and we do believe that is not gonna be the last one. We are in love with fitness and how our body works and respond to whatever we do within the diet plan.
