Es gab morgens ein Porridge, als Snack 2 Stücken selbst-gebackenes Eiweißbrot und zum Mittag dieses Prachtstück 😍 Dieser Döner Wrap war der hammer und so einfach vorzubereiten. . . Zutaten für den Teig: 2 Eier 1 Eiklar 30gr Haferflocken Pizzagewürz, Salz Belag: Kräuter Bresso leicht Rocular Hähnchenfleisch Tomaten Paprika grün Gurke Fetakäse Den Teig in einer gut beschichteten Pfanne langsam anbraten, NICHT umdrehen! Danach auf einen Teller geben und ziehen lassen, bis der Teig fester geworden ist. Das Fleisch klein schneiden und braten. Gib viele Gewürze wie Paprika, Salz, Pfeffer, Oregano, Basilikum dazu. Mit dem Belag belegen und in Alufolie einrollen. Hier hab ich wieder meinen ganz simplen Cheesie für euch (Rezept 👇🏼) mit nur 4 Basis Zutaten 😱 so richtig einfach und dazu noch sooo healthy👌🏻 passend zum heutigen Wochenanfang natürlich mit Mohn im Teig 😋 und super als Frühstück 😏 momocats_world , also sicherlich was für momosfrühstück zeitpulver spoontainable flavsty 💖🙏 . Einen wundervollen Wochenstart 🤗👀😉 . _______________________________________________ ♾EASY Cheesecake♾ ▫️Nährwerte: 340kcal; 28.6g KH, 42.2g EW und 6.3g Fett▫️ . ➡️300g Magerquark ➡️50g Frischkäse ➡️1 Ei ➡️20g Puddingpulver (Vanille) ➡️1 TL Mohn ➡️Süße (z.B. Cheesecake Flavedrops officialbodylab24 ) . ➡️Magerquark und den Frischkäse mit dem Ei glatt rühren. Puddingpulver, Mohn und Süße einrühren und bei 160°C ca. 35min backen. Cheeseburger Egg Rolls for dinner! I just browned up some Ground Chicken and added in toppings (ketchup, mustard, diced pickles). Then I put the mix on egg roll wrappers, wrapped up, and baked at 400 degrees for 30 minutes (15 mins each side). YUM!! 😋

Smoothie anyone? ⁣ ⁣ With all the NUTS! I must admit I am obsessed with almond butter, on anything! Especially in smoothies! I don't like my smoothies filled with sugary fruit, no I want healthy fats so I can stay focused and fuller longer. ⁣ Here is a delicious recipe on a great smoothie that will fill you up - place all ingredients in a blender: ⁣ 1 - 2 cups Oat milk (or coconut cream if you want it extra fatty, yum!)⁣ 1-2 tbsp Almond butter⁣ 1 scoop Chocolate plant-based protein powder⁣ 1 tsp Organic raw cacao⁣ 1 banana (frozen is my favorite) - you can otherwise choose to add a date for some sweetness⁣ Additional options:⁣ I also love adding an adaptogen (ex, maca, reishi, lion's mane - depending on your need)⁣ 1 tsp MCT oil (don't take too much if you are not used to it - you will need to poop)⁣ Ice coffee - yes, if you crave a little caffeine you can add some coffee to this smoothie, it's delicious!⁣ ⁣ Blend and enjoy - make sure to use an eco-friendly straw like paper or my favorite it bamboo straws!
