As I watched the FRICKTHEFREAKS video last night, I began to think about what I would FRICK on this Monday morning. It’s something I feel like you have to think long and hard about, but then when you start to think about it, you realize there are A LOT of FREAKS that you could FRICK... And whether that’s a bad thing or not, it’s reality, and it’s life! So thankfully, my friends its_nicolettemarie and actually_alexandra are taking the initiative to help out these thoughts, and I am so happy to be doing it with them! FRICKTHEFREAKS.
Today, I decided my FREAK was going to be a protein shake. I knew this morning my body did not want a protein shake, it wanted something savory and sweet. But lately, I think I mentally thing it’s “healthier” to drink a protein shake. While my protein shakes are VERY nutritious and absolutely DELISH, and they are OKAY to have, you so have to listen to your body sometimes. If it wants to eat off of a plate for once, well you should probably do just that. I love me a good milkshake in the morning, but this mornings plate couldn’t be beat. I decided to put away the protein shake and fuel with a plate filled with GOOD for you food and my mind/heart couldn’t be happier! .
