One of my biggest challenge as a cleaneating mama is finding sweet recipes for the family 👩‍🍳 . Especially having a SUPER picky hubby 🧔 (even more so than the kids lol) and 2 little ones 👦🏼👧🏼. Guilt free and low sugar and suitable for vegetarians too. 1 calorie per 4 gram serving so generous on that side. FAVOURITE BREAKFAST RECIPE! Thought I'd send you into Monday with the simplest recipe ever - banana porridge! INGREDIENTS (per person) 1/2 cup oats 1tbsp chia seeds 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup plant milk (I use sweetened soya) 1/2 tsp cinnamon Salt (to taste) 1/4 tsp vanilla 1/2 mashed banana Method 1. Mix oats, chia, salt and cinnamon in pan 2. Add liquids and banana 3. Stir, cook for 5 mins 4. And enjoy! It's that easy to have a quick and healthy breakfast! J’ai eu la chance de recevoir ces petits délices de la part de bacanha_ : des sirops bio, avec des goûts supers 😍🥰 J’ai réalisé un moka ( 1 cuillère de Ricoré avec 1 cuillère de cacao non sucré ) et j’ai ajouté une cuillère de sirop de vanille et une cuillère de sirop de noisette grillée dans la mousse de lait : un vrai petit bonheur 🤗 .
