Oven voorverwarmen op 180 graden. Beslagkom ontvetten met beetje citroensap en dan 4 eiwitten met 1 theelepel wijnsteenbakpoeder, snufje zout en kaneel, beetje vloeibare zoetstof en een theelepel vanille aroma stijf kloppen. 6 hoopjes op het bakpapier leggen en 30 minuten in de oven op 180 graden. Au-bain-marie de chocolade laten smelten met theelepel kokosolie en vloeibare zoetstof. ( ik vind het zonder te bitter). Dan de afgekoelde soezen in de gesmolten chocolade dippen. Dan in de koelkast laten afkoelen/uitharden. Diner: Hamburger taart met koolraapfrietjes en salade————————————————— Recept: 1 kilo gehakt kruiden met euroma hamburger kruiden en zout. 5 plakjes ontbijtspek bakken en op keukenpapiertje laten afkoelen. 1 grote Ui en 2 gekleurde paprika’s in ringen snijden,bakken en dan ook laten afkoelen. Gehakt verdelen in 2x 500 gram. Op een groot platbord bakpapier leggen en hierop de grote gehaktbal plat drukken. De zijkantjes iets omhoog laten. Dit deel gaan beleggen met geraspte kaas, 3 plakken cheddar kaas, ui ringen, paprika ringen en bovenop nog 2 plakjes cheddarkaas. Dan de opstaande randjes beetje inkwasten met geklutst ei. Hierna maak je van de andere helft van het gehakt weer een platte schijf en deze leg je voorzichtig op de andere helft. De zijkanten goed dichtknijpen en met een vork, gedipt in het gekluste ei rond de buitenrand gaan. Dan afdekken met folie en de hamburger in de koelkast laten rusten. In een grote koekenpan boter verwarmen en je hamburger hier langzaam in bakken. Wacht een hele poos, tot de zijkanten er gebakken uitzien voor je hem omdraait. Dit gaat makkelijkste met behulp van een plat bord. Als je Hamburger mooi bruin gebakken is is het klaar. Recept koolraap frietjes: Koolraap frietjes husselen met wat zout, peper, knoflookpoeder, chilipoeder en wat olijolie.
