Energy is low, little unmotivated, dont fret, that's where pre-workout comes in 👓 - Workouts have been really tough the last 4 days. Had a minor surgery last week and it's been zapping all my energy. I had my timer set for 10 rounds with a 5 second break between each move which consisted of the following: 1️⃣ Running 2️⃣ Squat Jumps 3️⃣ Running 4️⃣ Pushups 5️⃣ Running 6️⃣ pylo lunges 7️⃣ Running 8️⃣ Shoulder taps 9️⃣ Running 🔟 Static deep squat I started with full 50 second intervals, 40 seconds, 30 seconds, 20 seconds and then a final 50 seconds at the end for 5 total rounds ! Post gym time a little legs a little arms 🔥 - I literally used to hate training arms. I actually would avoid it at all costs up until about two years ago. I fell into the trap of “my arms are gonna look big”, until I realized it was actually the fat around my arms making them look big NOT THE MUSCLE 😂 most people think this way which is why I’m bringing it up. - Now, it’s what I focus on! There’s so much variation, I love the look of it more than ever, and most importantly I feel so strong overall and not just in my legs. - At the end of the day, the point of working out isn’t to kill yourself to look a certain way. You have to feel good or else you’ll never want to stick to it. You’ll dread it, never progress, and eventually will stop seeing results. - Love doing this 💪👏 now time for a feast to fuel and recover even though it’s been 2 hours post training the “window” hasn’t closed! I think I did pretty good diet wise. It’s Water Wednesday💧💦 I remember when I used to NEVER drink water! 🙅🏻‍♀️ ...and I mean NEVER!!! 👎🏻 I grew up drinking nothing but soda... and I just assumed that was normal! 🤷🏻‍♀️ ...as I started to become more aware of the impact of calories on my weight I switched to drinking nothing but diet soda🥤 ...I would go days, weeks, months without ever taking a drink of water! 😱 Once I started to focus on making more healthy choices to take better care of my body... I realized how important water is and how much better I feel when I drink it! 💙 ...and how insane it was that I used to put nothing but soda in my body! 🤦🏻‍♀️ Hey don’t get me wrong... I still LOVE and CRAVE diet soda! 😬 I always will! ...and I still have it once in a while... but FIRST I have to drink my water goal for the day! 💦 ...then my diet soda is my special treat! 😋 Some days are harder than others and I still struggle with WANTING to drink water! 😶 ...but it’s the feeling I love when I know my body is hydrated and functioning well! So today in my challenge group.... we had a mini challenge of the day to add at least 8 more ounces to our water goal today... 💧 I crushed it! 😆 My daily goal is 80 ounces per day... and so far today I exceeded 💯 ounces!!! 🙌🏻 YES!!! 🤸🏻‍♀️ How many ounces of water do YOU drink each day? Do you know how many health benefits there are with drinking water??? 🥰

Two words I hated more than anything else... network marketing. I thought of old, grumpy housewives or random followers trying to sell garbage or gimmick products for a quick buck. Now I think of these vibrant women who share products that busted them out of postpartum depression, grief, and helped them cope with the stress of adulting. Products that helped them lose 40 pounds without starvation or deprivation, and products that improved their IBS. They are proof that you can be happy with your mom bod, toned for your wedding day, and confident in a bikini. The products we market have made us better girlfriends and wives and friends and human beings. And by sharing them, we have created a ripple effect into hundreds of other women who crave change and we have created a community of women who uplift and inspire each other daily. THIS is what network marketing is and should be. Not 👵🏻. Not 💩. Becoming a part of it was the best decision I have ever made ❤️.
