Baby weight and bagels 🥯 My pregnancy ended with 24 hrs of labor, an epidural that wore off, and 60 extra lbs. When I was in labor a nurse came in, patted me and said, “this is gonna be a big baby!”......she was only 7 lbs. I have never forgot that comment!! Then I breastfed (for 3 years. Oof that’s a whole other post), and everyone said, “oh the weight will just drop off!” B. S. With my now horrible nutrition, hormones, utter lack of sleep; ooh my body decided to cling to that fat! Then 5 months post pregnancy I saw my friend post a protein health food shake and she mentioned something about weight loss. And I just stared at that pic for days....and decided to take the first step to getting Allison back on track. I DM’d her in the midst of eating a bagel and said, “GIMME IT!” And she said something like, “oh this isn’t a quick weight lost shake you should start exercising and meal prepping and join my group of ladies who help hold each other accountable.” And I thought to myself, with a mouth full of bagel and cream cheese, “WELL SHIT, OKAAAAAAAY” And from there on I took little steps everyday and dropped 50 lbs and HAVE KEPT IT OFF FOR 2 YEARS! I also am so much more comfortable and sure of myself than I have ever been in my life! I want you to know what it’s like. Cuz it’s amazing. I want to help get you there cuz it’s not that hard. It just take a little bit of effort everyday. You don’t have to give up bread and enjoying yourself! I promise!

Exercício abdominal não vai lhe fazer emagrecer; 3. Termogênico não vai lhe fazer emagrecer ( perda de gordura corporal); 4. Cinta modeladora não vai lhe fazer emagrecer; 5. Faça no mínimo 3 treinos na semana. 6. 20min de aeróbio de baixa intensidade ou 20min de musculação no processo de emagrecimento. Faça 20min de musculação, de preferência em alta intensidade ( controle de volume x intensidade). 7. Aumente o consumo de proteínas 1,6g/kg até 2,2g/kg. 8. T. aeróbio não é a única solução para o emagrecimento; o processo de perda de gordura e multifatorial ( endócrino, dieta, treino etc). Musculação é excelente para o emagrecimento. 9. Respeite o processo de supercompensação ( recuperação); 10. Não faça treinos de blogueiras (os), todo treino deve ser prescrito por profissionais de educação física. 11. Respeite seus limites. 12. Não faça dietas milagrosas, cada indivíduo deve ter seu próprio plano alimentar prescrito por um nutricionista. 13. Prefira treinos curtos e intensos. 14. Leite é um excelente pós treino. Obs: não deve ser consumido por pessoas alérgicas. 15. Água com limão não vai lhe fazer emagrecer. 16. Não precisa tomar Whey protein logo após o treino, compre o que "cabe" em seu bolso ( concentrado, isolado e hidrolisado). 16. Dor não é sinônimo de resultados. 17. Carboidrato à noite não engorda, excelente fonte de energia e ainda pode preservar o catabolismo proteico. 19.
