Для этого понадобится: -1 кабачок (цуккини) -1 баклажан ( у меня не было в этот раз, вместо него жёлтенький томат) -2 перца -150 г грибов -2 шалота ( у меня 1 репчатый красный лук) -3 зубчика чеснока -2 ч.л. сушёного орегано -1-2 веточки свежего розмарина -120 мл оливкового масла( у меня подсолнечное) -3 ст.л бальзамического уксуса -соль и перец Для маринада смешайте масло, бальзамический уксус, измельченный чеснок и орегано. Подготовленные овощи нарежьте, выложите на противень, сверху полейте готовым маринадом, посыпьте розмарин и, как было написано на сайте, дайте духовке выполнить остальную часть работы(дословный перевод😀) Выпекайте 20-25 минут в разогретой до 200 градусов духовке. Gluten Free Tapioca pudding Prep Time-20 minutes Prep 1/2 cup Tapioca 1/2 cup sugar or 1/4cup honey(if you don’t want it to be too sweet then reduce couple of spoons sugar or honey by one spoon) 3 to 4 cups milk of your choice(I used almond milk) 1/4 cup roasted cashew nuts and roasted almonds 1/4 cup raisins 1/2 spoon cardamom powder Pinch of saffron . In a thick bottom non stick pan pour the milk and let it come to boil. Meanwhile wash tapioca and keep it aside. Once the milk comes to boil add tapioca and keep on stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Once this is cooked turn off the flame. Add sugar or honey,saffron and give it a good stir. Finally add chopped cashew nuts,almonds,raisins and cardamom powder.
