Burro di arachidi homemade 🥜 Devo ammettere che ultimamente è diventato una droga, lo uso dappertutto, sul pane tostato, nello yogurt, sulla frutta, nei frullati, insomma da quando ho provato il burro di arachidi per la prima volta me ne sono innamorata tant'è che finito il barattolo che avevo comprato ho deciso che dovevo assolutamente farlo in casa! Così ho chiesto aiuto a Nino solo per sbucciare 2 buste da 500gr di arachidi, anche se... una nocciolina la sbucciava e una la mangiava! 😂 Ma vabbé... Alla fine ne ho ricavate 600gr.. Ho messo tutto nel bimby ed ho frullato per quasi 10 minuti.... Il risultato è un burro liscio e senza grumi, ho riempito queste due bocce più un'altra piccola e così starò apposto per un bel po'! I googled homemade peanut butter and voila. I made regular and chocolate. Bottom is PB with a dash of cinnamon and salt, 1 Tbsp Pyure & coconut oil. Peanut Butter . 1.5 cup skinless peanut 2 tbsp refined coconut oil 1 tbsp honey Pinch of pink himalayan salt .
