Hello, it’s been a while since I shared a home cooked post! One of my favourite meats to cook is pork tenderloin fillet. It’s lean, super tender and great in a stir fry.
Slice the pork thinly then marinade with salt, white pepper, garlic powder, shaoxing wine, sesame oil, oyster sauce, light soya, brown sugar, oil, cornflour and mix well (no need to let the marinade sink in, it’s full of flavour from all the condiments and will act as the sauce too). Fry the pork on high heat until lightly browned then add a cup of water and the choi sum and let it simmer for 5 minutes or so. Use corn flour mixed with water to thicken.
PS. You’ll need a steaming bowl of 🍚 to go with that!
