WANT TO BULK? EAT!!! - Been having this meal everyday this week as my post workout meal. I train after work at around 7 and I have most or my carbs around my workout. And I'm also experimenting with a higher protein intake, not necessarily to improve rate of gains but just to see if it improves body composition. Currently at over 3g/kg bodyweight. - - Honestly, I was just craving for some burger and fries and I just made one with my calorie preferences. This whole meal is 848 calories but it can certainly be made for much lesser if you just remove some carbs and protein- - 350g of chicken breast cut into thin slices to go with the burger. Mixed that with salt ,pepper, ginger garlic paste, chilli flakes, Soya sauce. Coat a pan with oil spray, sear one side of the chicken on high flame for couple of minutes and then flip it over, cover with a lid and let it cook for 15 minutes. - - Cut the potato ( 300G ) into thin slices, add salt and pepper, pop them into a pan on low flame, cover with a lid, let it cook for 15 minutes or more depending on how much more you want it to get cooked and you're done.- - carrefouruae hamburger buns, one slice of cheddar cheese, tomato and onion and place the chicken on top and that's it. It makes sense- running burns more calories and can add lots of cardio to your weekly routine! Me lo dico da sola.. la mia TORTA SALATA RIPIENA è una meraviglia. 😍🥰 SALVA LA RICETTA ⤵️ INGREDIENTI: 20 gr farina integrale 40 gr farina di riso 80 gr albume 40 gr quark 3 gr olio Idrolitina + acqua RIPIENO: 60 gr condiriso leggero 80 gr feta PROCEDIMENTO: In una ciotola mettete le farine, il quark e l’albume. Mescolate. In ultimo aggiungete l’idrolitina e sopra versate un po’ d’acqua in modo che faccia reazione. Mescolate e versate in uno stampo, precedentemente spennellato con olio. Mettete in forno a 180 gradi fino a cottura. Nel frattempo frullate la feta con il condiriso. Una volta pronto tagliate a metà e farcite. Well you guys that’s a wrap 🙌🏼 Ending an amazing weekend with a full heart and full belly 💕 Took home 2nd place out 14 amazing women who all brought their best! As humans we are programmed to always want more, rarely stopping to appreciate what we have or how far we have come. Over this last couple of weeks it was time to check in with my coach so I went in guns blazing with a list of things I wanted to achieve, and as with most conversations I have with him it became a quick reality check that where I thought I wanted to aim to be and what I should actually be aiming for at two very different things! Anyone who has undergone a drastic change in their life whether it be weight loss, a new baby, a new job or otherwise will understand that sometimes sitting back and reflecting on where you are at this very moment it’s not something that you prioritise. I am happy to report that we did set some new goals simple goals like being happy in the moment and appreciating the work that has been done and maintaining where we are at this current point in time. If anyone else has been feeling A little lost with where they are going I challenge you to set your goal as maintaining your happiness right as you are now and appreciating the life you have created!

Brunch is SERVED 🍴 Cauliflower Waffle topped with almond milk cream cheese, avocado, smoked salmon, a poached egg, and some Bagel Seasoning and fresh dill. You need to make these Cauliflower Waffles! They are made with just riced cauliflower and egg. Recipe below! (Makes 2 waffles) - 1 cup cauliflower rice - 2 eggs - 1/2 tsp onion powder - 1/4 tsp garlic powder - Salt and pepper to taste - Any other fresh herbs + spices you desire! Mix together into a bowl. Spray your waffle iron with cooking oil and turn on medium heat. Add the batter to the waffle iron and cook for 5-6 minutes until waffles are golden. Remove with a fork. .
