Ich habe so 3x die Woche Beine trainiert 🦵🏻 (Frage mich ernsthaft, wie ich das geschafft habe 😂) - Das war es auch schon mit meinen Tipps ☺️ Dadurch bin ich schnell auf mein aktuelles Gewicht gekommen und halte es nun 🥳 Wichtig ist nur, dass man es nicht übertreibt! I have been training legs 3 times a week 🦵🏻 (I seriously wonder how I did it 😂) - That was it also already with my tips ☺️ Thereby I came fast on my current weight and hold it now 🥳 The important thing is not to overdo it! ⁣ ProtiZyme Peanut Butter Cookie 🥜⁣ ⁣ I’ve accumulated a few different protein powders lately... it just sort of happened between trying to find a favorite and wanting to try all the flavors. So here’s a quick review for you...⁣ ⁣ Upon opening the tub this flavor smells delicious, almost exactly like it’s name! It mixes decently - though I almost always blend mine. Just a personal preference I guess. The flavor mixed alone with water for me leaves a little to be desired. It’s a good flavor, but it definitely doesn’t taste as good as it smells. It’s lacking something with the peanut-y flavor. I prefer to add to it a little to get a better taste. Not being super into the flavor with just water is definitely a let down. *Swipe to see how I use mine! ⁣ ⁣ For the price though this is an awesome choice. I paid $35 for my tub and it has 26 servings. I feel like that’s pretty reasonable considering I’ve spent around $50 for something with around 30 servings. The macros are a plus as well, coming in at 24g protein and only 3g carbs. *Swipe for the nutrition info! Since it’s low carb I don’t feel super bad about using milk instead of water as a base. Já faz tempo que o mingau de aveia está presente em minha rotina, e a cada vez que faço, consigo descobrir uma maneira de melhorá-lo! 👩🏻‍🍳 Gosto de fazer com o Farelo de Aveia, pois tem menos carbo e mais fibra, dando mais volume. As vezes, quando quero um pouco mais de textura, faço metade de farelo e metade de flocos grossos. A farinha de maracujá é a aliada para fazer o mingau dobrar de volume, e de quebra, acrescentar ainda mais fibras. Para o gosto do mingau não ficar sem graça, aprendi a adoçar, com adoçante mesmo (uso sucralose). E, as vezes acrescentar uma banana amassada na massa, ou cacau em pó 100%, ou leite em pó. De resto, o segredo é se divertir com as diferentes possibilidades de toppings! Os que eu mais gosto sem dúvidas são o morango e o creminho de whey! Protein Oats with Zucchini Yes you read that right🤔We are using the zucchini in this recipe to add Volume! Basically add more food with out adding a lot of calories. Bonus for having veggies for breakfast💁🏽‍♀️These are basically a chocolatey peanut butter dream😍 Give it a try and let me know what you think! 30g Old Fashioned oats 3/4 cup water 15g Quest brand peanut butter flavored protein 8g cookies and cream flavored @proteincookiebutter 50g liquid egg whites 12.5g (one square) Ghiradelli 60% dark chocolate chopped 50g zucchini grated 16g @pbfit.official 3g sliced almonds In a medium saucepan add oats, water and zucchini. Once water starts to boil turn heat to medium low and whisk often for about 5 min. Remove pan from heat and whisk in egg whites. Once you have mixed them in well bring the pan back to the heat and whisk until they reach the consistency you prefer. I cooked mine about 5 more min to get them nice and thick. Remove pan from heat and stir in Cookie Butter and Protein powder. Transfer oats to a serving bowl. Mix PBFit with about 3TBS water and drizzle over oats. Then top with chocolate and almonds. Without a doubt, these chocolate- covered strawberry pancakes should be the next pancakes you treat yourself to! Luckily it's the weekend- yay for brunch! 2 egg whites 2 oz nonfat plain Greek yogurt 1 oz skim milk 1 tsp pure vanilla extract 2 oz strawberries, diced (set about 1/2 oz aside to use as topping) 1/3 cup old fashioned oats 2 tbsp @bobsredmill coconut flour 1/2 scoop @optimumnutrition Gold Standard chocolate whey protein 1/4 tsp baking soda 1 tbsp Hershey's special dark 100% cocoa powder 5.3 oz @lightandfit Greek Boston Cream Pie yogurt Put everything except for 1/2 oz strawberries, cocoa powder, & Boston cream pie yogurt into a blender. Puree. Spray pan with nonstick spray. Scoop about 1/4 cup batter per pancake. As you cook the pancakes, mix the cocoa powder into the yogurt. Layer the now-even-chocolatier yogurt between each pancake, saving some for the top with the rest of the strawberries. Makes 5-6 pancakes. The macros with these products are 48g carbs/5g fat/49g protein, for about 424 cal.

Is there anything better than a big roast dinner? 😍👌 Lots of colour on the plate is key. I could barely breath after eating this huge feast, but half the plate was veg (and I had extra servings of all three veg). Some people think that a big roast dinner is not diet friendly, but it is all about getting the balance right. Adding more veg, opting for lean meats, using the veg water for the gravy instead of the meat juice, not loading on the butter etc. Some people would avoid the potatoes/ carbs to try to be 'good' and then pour a load of gravy over everything (adding hundreds of cals to the plate- way more than the potatoes). I am aware of the calories from the gravy because of tracking, just like I am aware of the nutritional value of everything else on my plate. It means I have the knowledge to eat what I want and reach my goals. I am doing a rainbow challenge with my online gang, it's all about getting as much colour on the plate as possible. I really promote eating lots of fruit and veg as they are essential for both health (vitamins and minerals) and weightloss. (Random @biglots find, but I’ve also seen them at @target) Overall I would say they were pretty good and super macro friendly! I love the convenience of just having to mix it with water. Perfect for when you don’t have a whole lot of time! . ✖️How I tracked: •Create a recipe. •Add pancake mix. 🥩🍞 GRAMMY HUTSON’S MEATLOAF 🍞🥩 . . . I was talking to my friend @rayrayhut the other day about how I’ve never had a meatloaf I like and she sent me the most amaziiiing recipe. Like it is amazing amazing. Like I didn’t want to share it with Mikey and I saved the last piece for two days because I wasn’t ready for it to be gone amazing. 😂 I also did my best to make it look aesthetic. . . . Recipe: . . Grammy Hutson's Meatloaf: . . 🍴2 lbs. ground beef . . 🍴2 pkgs. lipton onion soup mix . . 🍴1/2 bell pepper, diced small . . 🍴1 large carrot, shredded . . 🍴2 large eggs . . 🍴good squeeze catsup (I used Ghughes sugar free) . . 🍴lots of pepper . . 🍴1/2 tsp. salt . . 🍴4 slices bread soaked in milk . . 🍴1 can 98% FF cream of mushroom soup . . . . Mix hamburger, soup mix, bell pepper, carrot, eggs catsup, pepper, salt, bread soaked in about 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup milk. Mix with hands. . . . Shape into loaf (I put release foil down first.) Open can of mushroom soup and put in bowl, squirt 1 good squeeze catsup and enough water to thin out a bit (not watery though). Pour half over meatloaf . . . Bake at 375 for about 30 minutes. Spoon remaining soup on top and bake for another 30 minutes or until done. I packed two lbs into too small of a loaf pan so my cooking time came out around 2 hours to get the internal temp to 160, but it didn’t affect the meat at all. But next time I will try two loaf pans. . . Macros for 200g serving or 1/8th of the pan: 275 cal 17C/11F/26P

Yes, that was the lunch I ate cold while spending 10 minutes taking a picture for you, but I’m here to prove a point... . 🔑 𝗗𝗢 𝗡𝗢𝗧 mistake “healthy” for “eating this will help me lose fat, get jacked.. or whatever”🤦🏻‍♂️ . Is it “healthy”? Yes I suppose it is. It’s fairly nutrient dense (well, more than a hamburger for lunch anyway). It’s got a mix of poly- and monounsaturated fats, a bit of protein, and a good little dose of fibre. There’s a hit of micronutrients in there too. Plus, no “healthy” brunch/lunch is complete without a sprinkle of chilli, which will help me burn more fat, right 🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ . 🙅🏻‍♂️BUT don’t mistake “healthy” for macro-friendly/goal-oriented/will help me burn fat/build muscle etc. etc. . I’ve put a photo of my hand over the food for context, so can can see I’ve not got some jumbo-size portion. But this “healthy” average-size lunch came in at about 650 kcal, 62g carbs, 33g fat and 30g protein. That’s just for 2x poached eggs 🥚 , 1/2 an avocado 🥑 , 2 slices whole meal rye sourdough 🍞 , and a small portion of shrooms 🍄 . . I cooked this myself. Some restaurants will serve you a whole avocado (250kcal), or what if you added something like smoked salmon to it (another around 100kcal PER SLICE!), or had scrambled egg instead of poached (some restaurants will cook your scrambled with butter and cream)⁉️ You’re easily looking at over 1000 calories for your “healthy” meal‼️ . For any diet those macros are well off for most, or at least will make it VERY hard for you to hit your daily targets. . If you’re eating like this then cool, just be careful of what’s claimed to be “healthy” And what is does (or doesn’t) mean.

I may be in my off season but heck yes I’m still having all the salads 😍 Since I follow flexible dieting, my food choices don’t really change from when my calories are lower in comparison to when they’re higher. The only difference really is my portion sizes 🥳🥳 I believe this stops me from feeling restrictive and eliminating the good vs bad food mentality 🙄 With that said, even though I flexible diet, I still consistently eat an array of ‘whole foods’ and always hit 25-30grams of fibre p/day (I actually struggle to not go way over). So during the day you’ll see me eating an abundance of fruits and veggies but at night I’m usually macro capping with a tub of @twistedhealthytreats or a few squares of chocolate👌
