JEÛNE INTERMITTENT . Le jeûne intermittent consiste à manger son apport calorique habituel sur une période de 8h et d'effectuer un jeûne sur les 16h restantes de la journée. Le mieux étant, évidement, d'inclure le temps de sommeil dans ses 16h. . . Les bienfaits sont nombreux (pertes de poids, retrouver une vraie sensation de faim et pas des fringales, réduire certains problèmes médicaux diabète, problèmes cardiaques, cancer etc... Il permet d'être moins fatigué, de laisser son corps se reposer plutôt que de digérer toute la journée etc... . . Je vous invite à regarder je ne vais pas faire le topo ici mais je pense qu'il est intéressant de faire se jeûne de temps en temps, qui ne demande pas de préparation et surtout qui permet de boire (des boissons non calorique et sans "faux sucre") pendant les 16h de jeûne ! . . Et j'en ai profité pour faire une belle salade bien nourrissante avec un peu d'huile d'olive pour les bonnes graisses et de vinaigre de framboise parce que miam !
