Do you love pancakes 🥞🥞?! {Save this post to make the recipe later!! }⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ Here's my SUPER EASY SUPER HEALHTY with only 2-Healthy Ingredient Pancake Recipe:⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ Yep! You can make healthy and delicious pancakes with just banana, egg and a little healthy oil (I recommend coconut oil).⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ This recipe is: HEALTHY, CLEAN, SIMPLE, GLUTEN-FREE, DAIRY FREE, GRAIN FREE, SOY-FREE.⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ Per serving, you’ll need:⁣ ⁣ • 1 medium to large ripe banana⁣ ⁣ • 2 large eggs⁣ ⁣ • Optional and recommended: dash of sea salt (1/8 teaspoon), dash of pure vanilla extract (1/4 teaspoon), and/or dash of cinnamon (1/4 teaspoon⁣ ⁣ STEP ONE:⁣ ⁣ Preheat your cast iron pan over medium heat for 10 minutes. A nice medium heat is important; if the pan is too hot they’ll burn but if it’s not hot enough they won’t set.⁣ ⁣ STEP TWO:⁣ ⁣ While the pan preheats, mix your ingredients into a smooth batter. You can use a hand mixer or a blender or do it by hand by mashing the banana really well then mixing in your ingredients. Regardless of the method, mix until well combined, about 30-60 seconds, but don’t whip too much air into it (eggs will eventually whip up into foam if you let it go too long).⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ STEP THREE:⁣ ⁣ Add about 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil to the pan and spread it around with your spatula right before you add the batter. Don’t preheat the oil with the pan because it will get too hot. ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ STEP FOUR:⁣ ⁣ Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, add your batter to the pan right after the coconut oil is melted (that only takes about 10 seconds.) Important! Set your kitchen timer for 2 minutes. I cook them on the first side for two minutes to allow them to properly set. Check them at 1:45 minutes, but don’t try to flip them too early. Once you get the hang of it you’ll know when to flip.⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ STEP FIVE:⁣ ⁣ Once they’re set (again, about 2 minutes give or take 10-15 seconds) use a spatula big enough to get under the entire pancake and flip them over. Cook another minute and a half (give or take 10-15 seconds) for the perfect 2-ingredient pancake.⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ STEP SIX:⁣ ⁣ If you want, drizzle the top with 1 tablespoon of raw honey or pure maple syrup and 1/2 cup berries.⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ Bon appetit!!

Karamel: lelehkan gula dalam teflon dengan api sedang ke kecil, sampai kecoklatan dan agak mendidih. Tuang ke dasar cetakan (saya loyang bulat 16 cm) 2. Campur Creamcheese dan susu evaporasi lalu masak dengan double boiler dengan api sedang hanya sampai Creamcheese meleleh dan tercampur rata dengan susunya. Angkat lalu tambahkan susu kental manis, aduk rata. Sisihkan 3. Di wadah terpisah, kocok telur asal rata saja, lalu tuang telur ke dalam adonan susu secara perlahan lahan sambil diaduk rata. Tambahkan sejumput garam, aduk rata kembali. 4. Saring adonan sebanyak 3 kali, lalu tuang ke dalam cetakan yang berisi caramel tadi. Tutup loyang dengan menggunakan aluminum foil supaya tidak meneteskan air. 5. Kukus dengan api kecil selama 50 menitan. (Saya versi panggang ya) kalau dipanggang, panggang dengan suhu 180 derajat selama 40 menitan dengan sistem au bain marie (taruh loyang berisi air panas) 6. Setelah matang, angkat lalu dinginkan, masukkan ke dalam kulkas selama 3 jam an, atau semalaman, lepaskan dari cetakan. Ingredients: 5 aubergines, 4 clothes of garlic (if you can dare) Small bunch of parsley, 1 lemon, 2 tbs white wine vinegar, 3 tbs olive oil, Salt, pepper etc., . . Pierce the whole aubergines with a fork and bake them in 180° for 50 min - 1h. After you've removed them from the oven close them in a plastic bag for a few seconds, thanks to that the skin will peel off nicely. Squeeze out the excess water💦. 🔪Chop the aubergines, add 🍋juice and the remaining ingredients and mix well. It is even better the next day. Food tastes soooo much better when it looks pretty! 😍😁 This 𝑶𝒂𝒕𝒎𝒆𝒂𝒍 𝒀𝒐𝒈𝒖𝒓𝒕 𝑩𝒐𝒘𝒍 is one of my favorite meals right now! --- 𝑰𝒏𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔 30 gr rolled oats 🌾 1/2 apple 🍎 1 banana 🍌 150 gr yogurt 15 gr almond butter 5 gr walnuts cinnamon --- 𝑹𝒆𝒄𝒊𝒑𝒆 🌷Dice up 1/4 of the apple and put into a bowl with the rolled oats 🌷Add water to cover evereything up, plus a bit more, depending on your preference (you can always add more water later if it's too thick for you) 🌷Put in the microwave on high for 2 minutes 🌷Take out and add a splash of cinnamon 🌷Return to microwave for 1-2 more minutes, or until it cookes uo once 🌷Let cool off a bit before adding 1/2 banana (I just mash it up and mix under the oats) 🌷Add yogurt of your liking (I use Vanilla Skyr Yogurt from milasuedtirol ), mix everything together 🌷Top with almond butter, crumbled up walnuts, the rest of the apple and banana, and some more cinnamon 🌷Enjoy!

Steak and Carrot Salad. My attempt at writing a recipe for tonight's dinner, apologies for any errors writing is a constant battle for me and I find it hard to remember what I did and ingredients . Anyways this tasted amazing 😂. Double the recipe for two people, except for the dressing. The steak can be replaced with chicken or prawns. 1 rump steak. 6 baby carrots. 6 crown cap mushrooms cut into 3 or 4 slices. 6 cooked new potatoes cut in half. 1/² teaspoon Dijon mustard. 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar 3 tablespoon cold pressed rapeseed oil (plus additional for the carrots and cooking the steak). 1 teaspoon fresh chopped chives. 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley. 1 crushed clove of garlic. Salt and pepper the carrots and mushroom slices and lightly cover with rapeseed. Roast in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes at 180 degrees until the carrots have softened but still have some bite. Mix around half way through cooking and remove the mushrooms if they become over cooked. Cook your steak to liking and leave to rest for same amount of cooking time. Season well before cooking, cook on a high heat and finish with a little butter. Make the dressing by mixing the mustard with the vinegar first and then add the rapeseed oil. Keep stirring until it becomes yellow throughout. Add the garlic, chives and parsley reserving some for topping the whole dish. Add a tablespoon of the dressing to the cooked new potatoes, season well and light mix.
