Going to a friends for lunch today and of course I had to bake some low carb Twix/caramel slice to take.....it’s a mix between the two recipes today. I seem to change this each time I make it but it also gets better each time I make it 😋 —————— Base 1 cup coconut flour 2/3 cup melted butter 2 tablespoon sugar free maple Syrup or Vanilla Extract Pinch salt 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon —— Method Mix the coconut flour, cinnamon, salt and sf maple syrup together. Melt the butter and add it to the coconut flour mix and mix well. Press together with your hands to form a soft dough and place into a square brownie tin lined with parchment paper. Press the dough flat and level. Into the oven for 20 min until lightly brown. Let it sit and cook whilst you make the caramel. ————— Caramel 120 grams butter 1 cup of heavy cream 1 tablespoon almond butter 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract Pinch salt 4 tablespoon of fatforweightloss Monkfruit/erythritol sweetener . Method Melt the butter and almond butter together in a pot on a medium low heat. Add the monkfruit sweetener and stir the mix for 3 minutes. Add the cream, salt and vanilla, turn the heat to low and let simmer for 2 minutes stirring occasionally. Take off the heat and pour into a jug to let it cool down for 5 minutes. Pour onto the base and pop into the freezer for 15 min. . Chocolate - melt 50gm 90% chocolate (or your choice) with 2 tablespoon of coconut oil. Pour over the caramel and back into the freezer to set (15 min). Jálutava com as dores na fisio há 10 meses. E já estava descontente com meu peso uns 10kg antes. A quiro e a retirada do gluten me deixaram novinha em folha! Quanto à alimentação, eu não comecei na cetogênica. O q fiz inicialmente, acho que talvez se enquadrasse numa lowcarb, mas a nutri ainda era dessas q passavam 6 refeições por dia para pacientes. Nesse esquema perdi 12kg.
