🇮🇹 C H I C K E N C A R B O N A R A❗️❕
2lb chicken breast
2 tbsp olive oil
5 oz pancetta or bacon cooked and crumbled
3 tbsp peas
Half of a yellow onion chopped
3 cloves garlic chopped
1 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tbsp red pepper flakes
TJ onion salt & garlic powder
Salt and pepper
Cut chicken breast into 1-2 inch cubes and season with TJ onion salt, garlic powder, and ground pepper.
Heat olive oil and butter in a large non stick pan over medium-high heat.
Cook chicken until golden on each side (about 4-5 minutes per side) and set aside
Add onions and cook till translucent. Add garlic, cook for 1-2 minutes or until fragrant.
Add heavy cream and bring to a light boil (stirring continuously till thickened and reduced)
Add in the Parmesan Cheese, peas, cooked chicken pancetta/bacon and combine.
Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt/pepper to taste.

🥶 September to May! There is about 11 pounds in between these two pictures but the thing I notice much more, is the inches lost. If you are just starting this journey, take pictures and take measurements!! You will be astonished when your body isn’t necessarily losing a lot of weight but it’s losing inches like crazy. It may be uncomfortable to set up your camera with a timer and take a picture in a sports bra, but I promise, you’ll be thankful. Just do it. Especially on days where you aren’t feeling like you’ve made any progress, you can compare your pictures and measurements and instantly have your mind blown at what our bodies have been up to and are capable up. Tuck my bih ass into this cheesey stuffed chicken plate plz!! realgoodfoods came out with these bacon wrapped cheese stuffed chickens last month and I’m finally getting around to trying them 😋. These are raw chickens so they have to be baked in the oven for at least 35 min to be fully cooked. The bacon crisps up if you broil it’s at the end and the cheese sauce is 🔥🔥🔥. I ate one plain and was still hungry so I whipped up a quick sautéed broccoli and a mozz cheese blanket (cream cheese, heavy cream and mozz cheese ) and smothered it all over. Level up! .

I’m working late today, so a bigger lunch with a small dinner again today.
• 100g canned chicken mixed with 2 tbsp avocado mayo on romaine lettuce
• 1 small avocado
• 1/2 cup cucumber
• 30g cheddar cheese
• 25g raw macadamia nuts & chocolate-covered macadamia nuts
803 calories | 5g net carbs | 70g fat | 37g protein
Keto Beef Taquitos 😋
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
½ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 lb Ground Beef
¼ Cup Minced Onion
1 Tsp Cumin
½ Tsp Chili Powder
½ Tsp Paprika
½ Tsp Onion Powder
½ Tsp Garlic Power
½ Tsp Salt
½ Tsp Pepper
½ Cup Water
Brown the beef with the minced onion. In a cup mix the cumin, chilli powder, onion and garlic powder and salt and pepper with the water. Then pour over the browned ground beef. Let simmer for 5 - 10 minutes or until all the liquid is evaporated.
In a large mixing bowl, mix the cheddar, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Divide the cheese mixture into 6 then make balls. Place onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake @ 400 F for 6-8 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Let cool for 1- 2 minutes. Flip upside down, then place a few spoonfuls of the beef on the edge of each shell. Tightly roll each one into a cigar shape. (You need to do this quite quickly, before the cheese hardens)
This recipe makes 6 Keto Beef Taquitos.
Note: To reheat, Preheat oven to 350 F. Bake for 6-8 minutes.

Easy Loaded Salad for lunch 🥗 Leftover air fried paleo chicken breast + lots of veggies! Needed to eat up this chicken today so I made some easy veggies to go along with it. Yes I know it looks giant but it’s because I used a small bowl 😂 Headed home for Thanksgiving tomorrow! On the road now 🚙 with lots of snacks on hand 😎 Hope you guys have a good long weekend if you get one! ❤ -
Leftover air fried chicken:
2 chicken breasts
1/2 cup almond flour
1 tsp chili powder
Sprinkle of salt
1/4 tsp pepper
You need two shallow bowls. Whisk the egg in one and the flour + spices in the other. Dip one chicken breast in the egg then in the flour mixture. It doesn’t always stick super well so take your fingers and layer it on there. Repeat for the other chicken breast.
Preheat your air fryer to 390F
Spray with cooking spray if needed.
Cook the chicken breasts for 8-9 mins, flip, cook for 8 more. Check internal temp before removing because every air fryer is so different. Paired with sautéed green beans and salad

KETO BUTTERFINGERS my girl lipstick_and_keto had asked if I could recreate Keto butterfingers and here they are! My first time making a bar! butterfingers
1 cup of vanilla syrup from choczero but if you have the maple one that is the my first choice I was out so I made it work.
1/8 teaspoon of cream of tartar
1 cup of peanut butter I used creamy
5 drops of oooflavors maple (don’t add if you use the maple syrup)
1/4 teaspoon of redmondrealsalt
Dark chocolate chips I used choczero about 1/2 cup of chips
You will need a candy thermometer .
Using a small pot add the 1 cup of syrup and mix in the cream of tartar until dissolve. No longer mix until it’s time to add peanut butter. Using butter or coconut oil add some to where the syrup isn’t touching around the pot to prevent it bubbling over. You will add your thermometer and boil to around 295 as soon as it starts to turn an amber color remove from heat add the peanut butter salt and maple drops and mix well. Pour onto a parchment line sheet and press and shape how thick you want the bars. Work quickly the syrup sets quickly. I place it in the fridge for over an hour. I cut them once ready. Melt the dark chocolate and using a spatula I spread the chocolate do one side let it set and then flip over and do the bottom. .
Since I am on carnivore I did try them and did not swallow! But I had my husband who is not keto try them and he was surprise how good it tasted! Even my nephew! .

1/2 stick of salted Kerrygold butter (2 oz)
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2 tsp minced garlic or more
Everything but the salt
1. Melt butter and add in minced garlic, then add in heavy cream and seasoning.
2. Cook until well mixed.
3. Add in Parmesan cheese and stir till cheese is fully melted.
4. The fresh Broccoli was placed in a bowl with a little bit of water. I placed a plate on top and steamed in the microwave for 3 minutes.
5. Drained it then added in cut-up blackened tenders, Alfredo sauce and topped it off with bacon crumbles.
