Last night was another fridge shelf clear-out. Just a mod podge of shirataki noodles, leftover sausage, mushrooms, and Rao’s sauce. I tried to make chaffles out of egg & leftover ricotta cheese but failed (too moist so it just crumbled 😩) so had another go with basic mozzarella.
