For so many years, I dreaded that day every year, because it was just another lecture about losing weight and controlling my PCOS, cholesterol, and blood pressure. KOPYTKA/KLUSKI/GNOCCHI/COŚ Z BOCZKIEM I PIECZARKAMI W ŚMIETANIE. 🤤 Nie będę się rozpisywać - ja jestem zachwycona! Kluski (na dwie porcje! połowę ciasta zjadłam dzisiaj, połowa na jutro 😊): ▪️200g twarogu półtłustego ▪️jajko ▪️30g babki jajowatej ▪️sól, pieprz, pietruszka (najlepiej świeża) do smaku Sos: ▪️150g wędzonego boczku ▪️100g cebuli ▪️200g pieczarek ▪️50g śmietany 30% ▪️30g masła Jazda! Najlepiej zacząć od wrzucenia boczku i posiekanej cebuli na patelnię. Mały ogień, niech tłuszczyk się wytapia. W tym samym czasie wrzucamy do miski twaróg i jajko - blendujemy. Gdy pozbędziemy się grudek dodajemy babkę, przyprawy i dokladnie mieszamy. Ciasto powinno być plastyczne. Dzielimy je na pół i z połowy porcji formujemy wałeczek, który później kroimi na kluski. Pamiętamy o mieszaniu boczku. 😂 Gdy kluseczki są uformowane, gotujemy wodę. Kroimy pieczarki i dorzucamy je na patelnię. Można je posolić, zwiększyć ogień i dolać trochę wody, niech się dzieje. Do garnka z gotującą się wodą wrzucamy kluski (cały czas mieszajcie, co by się nie posklejały). Gotujemy ok. 2 minuty od wypłynięcia (ja o nich zapomniałam i rozgotowałam 😂). Do boczku i pieczarek dodajemy masło i śmietanę. Na tym etapie można już zmniejszyć ogień do minimum. Gdy wszystko się połączy - sos gotowy. Proponuję jednak kluski gotować ok. 1 minuty i po wyciągnięciu ich z wody dorzucić na patelnię. Jutro przygotuję taką wersję, dzisiaj chciałam żeby było je widać. Tyle! Banalne i pyszne. KALORIE I MAKROSKŁADNIKI (przypominam - kluski z 1/2 ciasta, reszta bez rozdzielania na porcje): 1140 kcal, 52g białka, 95g tłuszczów i 19g węglowodanów. Alfredo Chicken with Zoodles 🌱🍗 . Ingredients: 4 small, fresh crisp zucchini, spiralized into zoodles ( cleanfoodcrush.com/spiralizer) 4 small chicken breast fillets 2 Tbsps avocado oil, or olive oil, divided 2 fresh garlic cloves, minced 1 tsp chili flakes, or to taste sea salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste 1.5 ounces organic cream cheese room temperature, OR may use 1.5 ounces of coconut cream for a non-dairy option (but the small amount of cream cheese is pretty awesome here) Instructions: Place zucchini noodles on paper towels and sprinkle with a tiny bit of sea salt. Heat 1 Tablespoon oil in a large saute pan over medium heat. Add in chicken breasts then season with sea salt and pepper. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until just cooked through and no longer pink in the center. Set aside on a plate to rest for a few minutes, then slice. Gently pat dry zucchini noodles with paper towels. Add remaining oil to the pan and cook the minced garlic for 1 minute, until fragrant. Add zucchini noodles into your hot pan and saute for about 2 minutes. Add in cream cheese, chili flakes into the hot pan and stir gently to combine. Season with sea salt and pepper to taste.
