🐟This salmon bake by flavorgod already has us hungry for dinner! ⁣ 👉🏼Ingredients:⠀⁠⁣ 1 lb wild caught salmon, 1-1.5" thick⠀⁠⁣ 2 lemons, halved⠀⁠⁣ 1 tbsp olive oil⠀⁠⁣ 1/2 tsp Pink Salt 2 tsp Habanero⠀⁠⁣ 4 tbsp paleo mayo⠀⁠⁣ ⠀⁠⁣ 👉🏼Sauce: ⠀⁠⁣ Brush the lemon halves with a little bit of olive oil, then grill cut side down for a few minutes until you see grill marks. In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, habanero seasoning, and juice of 1-2 lemon halves. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.⠀⁠⁣ ⠀⁠⁣ 👉🏼Salmon:⠀⁠⁣ Brush both sides of salmon with remaining olive oil, then season both sides with salt. LIghtly oil grill. Grill salmon flesh side down for about 4-5 minutes, then flip and finish cooking another 4-6 minutes. Let rest about 5 minutes before serving. Squeeze some grilled lemon juice and drizzle with habanero lemon sauce. I found this really pretty formal dress in June to wear to one of the many weddings we are attending in 2020/2021- the only problem is that it's backless. I knew wearing a backless dress would pose an issue because I had a ton of back rolls (or "back jowls" as I often call them), but fast forward to today and the dress is looking much better! Clean Eating Tomato + Roasted Red Pepper Chicken Rollatini 😍⁣ {5 minutes prep- house smells AMAZING while baking - fit for COMPANY! }🎄🎁🎄🎁⁣ .⁣ .⁣ Makes 4 servings⁣ .⁣ .⁣ Ingredients:⁣ 4 even sized, medium chicken breasts⁣ 1 tsp garlic powder⁣ 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning⁣ 8 oz jar sun dried tomatoes⁣ 10 oz jar roasted red peppers⁣ 2-4 cloves fresh or roasted garlic⁣ 2 Tbsps chicken broth⁣ toothpicks⁣ 2 Tbsps dried or fresh parsley .⁣ .⁣ .⁣ Instructions:⁣ Preheat oven to 375 degrees f.⁣ Pound Chicken Breasts into thiner/even "pancake-like" 1/2 inch thick pieces. Season with Garlic Powder & Italian Seasoning and rub into the meat on all sides. In blender Purée: 8 oz jar Sun-Dried Tomatoes(drained well), a 10-12 oz jar Red Roasted Peppers (drained well-or roast your own) & 2-4 cloves roasted garlic.⁣ Add a tiny bit of organic Chicken Broth (or water), if necessary, to help purée into a nice, thick sauce. Spread a thin layer of the Purée on Chicken and top with a sprinkle of Dried or fresh Italian Parsley. Roll Chicken, using a toothpick to hold together, and place rolls onto lightly sprayed flat sheet pan. Bake in your preheated 375 degree oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through, finishing with a quick(1-2 minute) broil to brown the tops. Serve with roasted green beans! Loaded Pan Roasted Cauliflower😋 • I used avocado oil in a skillet to get the cauliflower nice and brown added chopped fresh garlic, Seasoned with salt and pepper. You can use your air fryer too!! 🌵 Soooooooooo, these photos were 5 years apart. The left one I was two months into my journey from 250 pounds. I was about a month and a half in and already down about 20 pounds. I was not keto I was low carb ( 100 carbs a day) and watching calories. I actually lost 80 pounds total and hurt my knee and gained most of it back. When I started Keto I was creeping back up to my highest. The right photo is on Wednesday. I tried to recreate the photo. Not meaning to toot my own horn but I honestly feel Keto has made me appear younger. I’m grateful for the journey and my 45 years. .
