But I’m buckling down and oddly enough I do better in the fall/winter time. I’ve stayed consistent for the first time in a while. Now that I have my eating under control. Last night I wasn’t too hungry & our fridge was pretty bare. Realized I had some thebesttortilla & wanted to try using it as a pizza crust! It came out great, perfect crunch like we like! Ingredients thebesttortilla multigrain tortilla Organicville pizza sauce Mozzarella cheese Uncured pepperoni Red pepper flakes Directions *Heat oven to 400 degrees *Place tortilla directly on rack for 6-7 minutes. Should Be hardened and then take out of oven to top. *Top first with sauce, then add cheese and last place pepperoni to completely cover pizza! *Place back in oven on top rack and turn to broil and cook 3-4 minutes. Keep and eye on it to not burn! *Take out of oven and top with Red Pepper flakes. Today, I REALLY wanted a cheeseburger. Hardee’s low carb burger came to the rescue! Something I haven’t mentioned about myself is I’m not a big sweet eater. I don’t crave chocolate, although I do want a donut every now and again. But French fries, that’s where my heart belongs. It’s hard enough to eat the burger without the bun, but to tell the cashier that I didn’t need the curly fries with it was tough. Happy Tuesday lovely people! Today I am celebrating finally being in the 160s. I am so proud of my dedication and I can confidently say if you stick to your meal plans you will lose the weight. Day 14 of my no bullshat challenge 🤘🏽 (Nov 11th) I’ve been really hard on myself lately and wasn’t being a positive person, so I’m doing a new side by side to help my mind quit being such a negative Nancy! Left is Feb 20 & the right is Nov 10. That’s mind blowing and helps me so hard. It’s insane and I could cry. I’m not much of a cryer but I could right now... I’m not exactly where I want to be at yet, but I’m no where near where I was!! Now for my grub accountability. Breakfast - protein shake with some extra powder. No mid morning snack. Lunch - leftover salad with chicken. Went for a mile walk in the afternoon & had a cheese square. When I got home I decided to up the workout with running on the treadmill - EW, but I did it. Dinner - taco salad. Nothing after 7:30 this evening.
