Here’s how I made it:
I take a good amount of salmon each Sunday, sprinkle both sides with some Himalayan sea salt, garlic powder, high quality smoked paprika, some trader joes Chile lime seasoning, and some red chili flakes (optional). Then I put in the oven or air fryer until nice and crispy. It’s a mouth party every time.
I serve it up with some other sides based on what’s available, local, or on sale. I started with a base of greens here and added some ribboned cucumbers, just a little avocado, raspberries, and 1.5 eggs I topped with everything but bagel + chile lime seasoning. Perfect muscle + brain fuel.
