Simple and delicious! 🌮🌮🌮 •Was missing some products in my fridge or it would’ve been better (sour cream and avocado) I was scared to try the jicamatortillas but honestly they were not bad! I did lightly season and fry them in a little olive oil. Tuck my bih ass into this cheesey stuffed chicken plate plz!! realgoodfoods came out with these bacon wrapped cheese stuffed chickens last month and I’m finally getting around to trying them 😋. These are raw chickens so they have to be baked in the oven for at least 35 min to be fully cooked. The bacon crisps up if you broil it’s at the end and the cheese sauce is 🔥🔥🔥. I ate one plain and was still hungry so I whipped up a quick sautéed broccoli and a mozz cheese blanket (cream cheese, heavy cream and mozz cheese ) and smothered it all over. 🍖🍖Made some “boneless wings” or buffalo nuggets tonight. Cut up some chicken thighs, egged them, and tossed them in a mix of almond flour and green can parm. My starting weight was 234 pounds and I wore a size 24 jean.⁣ ⁣I started this whole weight loss journey simply by working out from home.⁣ ⁣Yup! I never stepped foot into a gym and lost over 80 pounds 😍 ⁣ ⁣Shortly after losing the weight, I found out I was pregnant with my second baby.⁣ ⁣My pregnancy with my son was much healthier and I only gained 25 pounds during my pregnancy with him. I worked out my entire pregnancy, up until the day he was born actually 🏋🏼‍♀️⁣ ⁣After I had him I sort of struggle to lose the weight though.⁣ ⁣I bounce back-and-forth with my weight, and eventually, I hit a plateau in my weight loss.⁣ ⁣Fast forward to 2017, started eating strictly keto, and I joined a gym 🏋🏼‍♀️⁣ ⁣.⁣ ⁣One thing you should know about me is I’m a completely open book.⁣ ⁣I have struggled really bad with depression, anxiety and even alcoholism in the past (3 years and 3 months sober HEY!!!!). 📝KETO POTATO SALAD☺️⁠ ⁠ CALORIES/MACROS⁠ This makes 6 (1-cup) servings of Keto Potato Salad. Each serving is 234 Calories, 19g Fat, 7g Protein, 5g Net Carbs.⁠ ⁠ INGREDIENTS⁠ 1 large cauliflowe⁠ r¼ cup sour cream⁠ ½ cup mayonnaise⁠ 2 tablespoons white vinegar⁠ 1 tablespoon mustard1 teaspoon celery seeds⁠ ¼ teaspoon salt⁠ 4 large hard-boiled eggs*⁠ ½ cup diced celery⁠ 1 teaspoon fresh dill⁠ 2 stalks green onions, thinly sliced.⁠ ⁠ DIRECTIONS⁠ Prepare the cauliflower by cutting the head into bite sized florets and steaming in a silicone steamer (as shown) for 3-4 minutes or in a stovetop steamer until the cauliflower is only slightly tender.
