Week 2 KETO PSMF So I’m into day 2 of my second week of PSMF. I need to adjust my expectations for this week. I had fantastic results with week one. I went from only a trace of ketones to burning large ketones and I lost 6 pounds. For women staying in ketosis is different than for men. Our hormones fluctuate monthly which causes cravings, bloating and some weight gain. But for me it also throws me out of ketosis. This is not a licence to cheat! It’s time to stay the course.
