Went to the movies tonight to see the new disneymaleficent . It was great btw! But, going to the movies is always hard for me because I LOVE movie popcorn and movie candy. I wanted to lose weight because I didn’t like what I saw in the mirror. The woman looking back at me was unfamiliar, far from the few extra pounds I thought I carried. My weight and poor self-esteem made me a prisoner to anxiety. Balkabağı 1kg için 38 gr net karb içeriyor diyor Carb Manager.Bakalım başarılı bir tarif becerirsem paylaşacağım. Kemik suyu her zaman yaptığım birşey ama çok farklı tarif var. Bu sefer değişik bir yöntem deneyeceğim. Birde ben 48 saat kaynatmıyorum. Maks. 6 saat. Hangisi doğru bilemedim. Paça ilk kez deneyeceğim yapmayı. Görkem asla yemez. Kızıma belki. Even if they say everything happens for a reason, fuck that. No one should go through this. My digestion is still wrecked, iron levels still borderline, got a few cavities, brain fog not completely gone, carb/sugar addiction is hard and I have lowkey ptsd lol and yeah I see many vegan mamas having no issues, but I went vegan very YOUNG and was vegan years before getting pregnant. I didn't have much storage left in me, the babies, postpartum and lactation took EVERYTHING from me and to be honest this has been very traumatizing. I was eating 2800 calories, chickpeas, greens, hemps seeds, oats, quinoa, mulberries, lentils, bread, fake meats, anything high in iron, but just could not recover from anemia. Instructions: 1. Let butter and cream cheese soften. 2. Preheat oven to 350F. Using an electric mixer, mix butter and sweetener. Add cream cheese, mix. Add egg, vanilla, and salt, mix. Add coconut flour, mix. Add the white chips and Mac nuts and mix. 3. Place dough on parchment lined baking sheet in balls of 2 tbsp each (should make around 15). Flatten. 4. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges begin to brown lightly. Let cool 5 minutes, enjoy! . Macros: Serving size is 1 cookie. Recipe makes 12 servings. Calories: 120 Fat: 14g Protein: 3g Net carbs: 2g Fiber: 6g . STEAK COBB SALAD MEAL PREP • • Prep for the week ahead! Loaded with protein, nutrients and greens! Plus, this is low carb, easy peasy and budget-friendly • • INGREDIENTS: 1. 2 tablespoons unsalted butter 2. 1 pound steak* 3. 2 tablespoons olive oil 4. Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste 5. 6 large eggs 6. 6 cups baby spinach 7. 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 8. 1 cup Fisher Nuts Pecan Halves 9. 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese DIRECTIONS: • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. • Using paper towels, pat both sides of the steak dry. Drizzle with olive oil; season with salt and pepper, to taste. • Add steak to the skillet and cook, flipping once, until cooked through to desired doneness, about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let cool before dicing into bite-size pieces. • Place eggs in a large saucepan and cover with cold water by 1 inch. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute. Cover eggs with a tight-fitting lid and remove from heat; set aside for 8-10 minutes. Green beans and chorizo ketomeals 😋 . This is soooo simple and tasty and great for the cold days 🥰 It also goes great with chaffles . You’ll need: • 1 small onion • 1 garlic clove • 100 grams diced chorizo • 1/2 yellow bell pepper (diced) • 300 grams green beans • 2 tbsp tomato puree • 300 ml water • 1 tbsp milled chia seeds • spices: 1/2 tsp salt, pinch of pepper, 1 tsp parsley, 1 tsp chilly powder, 1/2 tsp cumin . Preparation: • melt 1 tbsp butter in a deep pot • fry the onions, garlic and diced chorizo on medium for a few minutes • add diced bell pepper, green beans and water and cook on medium until softened • add tomato puree, spices and milled chia seeds and cook for 5 more minutes (optionally, if you want it thicker, you can add some whipping cream in this last step) .
