Not sure what the breakfast equivalent of notsaddesklunch is but whatever it is includes this breakfastsalad , I just know it. .
I’m really not a breakfast person, partially because who has time for that and partially I think because breakfast foods tend to skew either very savory ( burritos, scrambled eggs, avocado toast) or very sweet ( pancakes, smoothies, pastries). That’s all well and good because you know I love a good pastry party, but I have noticed a decided lack of FRESH in the usual breakfasts. Like I would love a Bali- style tropical fruit plate for every morning but that isn’t really a regular option (💸💸💸) .
So, after the millionth day in a row wondering why lunch gets all the good greens, yesterday I just made a really delicious, fresh breakfast salad. Not sure why I haven’t done it before, but 10/10 would recommend. .
