Bunless burgers are always a good option when eating out. Swapped out the side of fries for a side salad and this was the perfect dinner. That empty beer mug also belonged to me. Maybe 3 carbs in a Coors Light & it was definitely worth it 😉 My dad is in town and I happened to hit a weight goal right before he got here so I decided to live a little. 🥘 Unstuffed Cabbage Roll Casserole 🥘 . . . This casserole was super easy to make in under 45 minutes! Great for meal prep! . . . For this I used 1 pound of ground buffalo (from acutabovemeats ), one pound of ground beef, 4 cups of riced veggies (I used cauliflower, broccoli and carrots), 1/4 cup diced onion, 1/2 head of cabbage, 1/2 jar of tomato sauce and salt and pepper to taste! . . . . Brown the onions in butter. Once browned, fry ground buffalo/beef until fully cooked. Once cooked at the veggies (I used frozen). Allow to cook town together until the veggies are fully cooked and add the tomato sauce. Dice the cabbage and fry in butter, salt any pepper. In a casserole dish layer the meat mixture with layers of cabbage. Add parm cheese on top and broil until brown and bubbly! Three years ago this dinner would have never happened. Tonight we had Desmond’s first ever parent-teacher conference. It went well. It went really REALLY well in fact and I couldn’t be prouder (and even more excited about his future). But three years ago Matt and I would have just picked up some fast food and went home. But tonight? Nope. Got home and made dinner anyway. And honestly, I’m so glad we did because it was delicious! Por lo mismo y por respeto a esos compatriotas que no se si en su casa tienen comida, es por ello que NO VOY a subir platos de comida. Que lamentable noticia Chile lidera ranking OCDE de países con mayor sobrepeso y obesidad. Todos los "expertos" en nutrición de Chile dicen como llegamos a esto? Claroo la culpa es porque los niños comen golosinas y cereales que traen impreso monitos por eso sacaremos los dibujos y el niño adelgazará JA!!! Elaboremos sellos en las comidas la gente bajara de peso..otro fracaso mas JA!! Ninguna medida implementada como gobierno ha logrado disminuir la obesidad. Al contrario ha aumentado mas 👉 que ahora somos los top one en obesidad mundial!! Ninguno se hace la autocritica en que se esta fallando.. 👉simple es culpa porque se estan siguiendo pautas nutricionales aberrantes cargadas de carbohidratos cuando este no es un macronutriente esencial para el ser humano, acá lo ejemplifico con mi historia. Yo cuando era niña en mi hogar se comía 3 veces al día,desayuno,almuerzo y once... no existía la moda del comer cada 3 horas ni colaciones excesivas con fruta pa llevar en la mochila, no existía la minuta de colación obligatoria donde te pedían llevar galletas con jugo tal día, no había nada light ni bajo en grasa cargado con sucralosa .. jamas fui obesa.. Mi obesidad partió cuando quede embarazada y termine mi embarazo con 12 kilos de mas y fui a la endocrinologa y me dio sibutramina y metformina para hacerme bajar de peso que paso👉 efecto rebote engorde el doble, me llenaron de frutas, cosas light, avena, comiendo cada 3 horas, llevando un diario de comida y siguiendo toda esa estupidez y que logré 👉cada día enferme mas, y cada día ganaba mas peso.. solución mandarme a un cirujano y hacerme una bariatrica que jamas acepte!! En serio y aun se preguntan QUE ESTAN HACIENDO MAL? Yo gracias a la dieta cetogenica volvi a comer como lo hacía de niña, como nuestros antepasados lo hacían 👉 resultado baje de peso y reverti mis enfermedades.. Sr o Sra el sistema nos quiere gordos y obesos.. solo saque los carbohidratos de su vida y escuche a su cuerpo comiendo solo cuando tenga hambre y no que un tercero le imponga las horas a comer y verá como baja de peso. Tu salud esta en tus manos no en la de nutricionistas ni en politicas de estado con su "elige vivir sano"
