Basically: -5 tbs almond flour -2 eggs -1 tsp ish vanilla extract -1.5 tbs granulated swerve -2 tsp cinnamon (estimate- I used a shaker I keep cinnamon in) -1 tsp heavy cream -1 tsp baking powder This made 4 good sized pancakes. Chicken, mushrooms and broccoli in cream sauce with cauliflower rice. I haven't worked out the macros on this but it's definitely low in carbs. It's basically just chicken, broccoli and mushrooms fried in coconut oil with a splash of cream, and riced cauliflower sauteed in ghee with, salt, a bit of curry powder and a splash of soy sauce. Ich habe noch so viele Möhren, also wenn ihr noch Rezepte habt immer her damit. ⠀ _____________________________________________⠀ ____⠀ ⠀ 🍐🍐 Rezept für 2 Personen 🍐🍐⠀ ⠀ 🍓🍓 Zutaten 🍓🍓⠀ - 3 Möhren ⠀ - 2 große Kartoffeln ⠀ - 1 rote Zwiebel⠀ - 100ml Milch ⠀ - 200ml Brühe ⠀ - etwas Öl ⠀ - 1 Orange ⠀ ⠀ 🍐🍐 ZUBEREITUNG 🍐 🍐 ⠀ ⠀ - die Zwiebeln, die Kartoffeln und die Möhren in Würfel schneiden ⠀ - die Zwiebeln in einem Topf mit etwas Öl leicht andünsten ⠀ - kurz danach das Gemüse auch leicht andünsten ⠀ - 200ml Wasser mit ca. 1 oder 2 EL Brühe vermischen und über das Gemüse Gießen ⠀ - die Milch ebenfalls dazu geben ⠀ - nun soll das Gemüse für 20 Min. kochen ⠀ - die Orange auspressen und den Saft dazu geben ⠀ - die Suppe pürieren ggf. Happy transformationtuesday . One year apart. This jacket was tight when I bought it, now loose 👍I really wanted to be closer to a 50lb loss but I just have to learn to stop the negative self talk and just accept that although I’m not where I want to be...I’m still trying. It’s a lot to learn and sometimes just plain overwhelming. For the most part this is my way of life, it’s become habit....but still struggle with portion control. I’m working on that. I know that how I manage my type one diabetes isn't the mainstream way of doing things. And that is okay. I advocate for eating low carb, strict low carb. I also implement intermittent fasting into my lifestyle. I fast typically 18-20 hours a day and only eat 1 or 2 meals. I drink only lime water and hot teas with stevia. Nothing else, except an occasional black coffee during my fasting time, when needed. Lately my eating has turned more into a heavy meat low carb keto / modified carnivore. Love this term, fits my menu perfectly as of lately. . I also keep my blood sugars under tight control and I aim for improving and keeping my a1c better than most non diabetics. Currently I have a 5.2 with daily averages under 100 and deviations less than 15. I enjoy no longer fighting the roller coasters of years past. I love my flat lines. This is what I strive for, for ME! . We are all different and we all have different goals. My journey is mine and how I manage it is a personal choice. Yesterday I went to work sick and was shown such kIndness by my students and their parents. One little boy gave me his candy as a gift to feel better.
