At it again 😌 I actually whipped up a batch of these nut butter pancakes last night. Makes it even quicker in the morning when the babe & I sleep in & wake up with grummbly tummies! The batter with thicken overnight, so just add a splash of almond milk to loosen it up. Makes about 8 medium cakes! Brown Sugar Banana 🍌 Overnight Oats - why I make & like overnight oats? Takes about 5 seconds (10 if you’re not a pro) to make. I normally make these if I’m short on time to meal prep or need a quick breakfast for the morning (or makes a great snack too) & I normally always have ingredients in my pantry & fridge for it. •1/2 cup oats •1/2 cup preferred milk (I used almond) •1/2-1 clicked banana •1tbsp peanut butter (or like 5 if you’re crazy about PB like me) •1tsp chia seeds •2tsp brown sugar •sprinkle cinnamon Throw ingredients in a tupperware container and call breakfast made. >>>Tip: might need more milk if you like your oats mushy or add yogurt/greek yogurt for more calories & protein.
