Meditation is a great activity to incorporate in a self-care routine. Starting your day being present can enhance your mindset and productivity. Finding stillness for 10-20 mins each morning can also increase your energy, balance your emotions, decrease stress. It’s ultimately like infusing your day with lots of positivity, grounding and good energy. .
Meditation can be simple. Set yourself up for success each day and be that 95% happier person. Get comfortable, focus on your breath, notice your thoughts when they distract you, and treat yourself kindly.
