I'm back from holiday guys 🙃 we had a lovely family break I ate and drank what I wanted, had chocolate pancakes every morning for my breckfast 😂. Was straight back to plan when we got home though so feeling good. I normally weigh on a weds but will be going to group 1st thing tomorrow to see what the damage is.
It's so lovely to look back on my holiday photos and actually like what I see not cringe. Given me a bit of determination to get to the finishing line now 💪. Dinner tonight was a comfort food fave Brinner. Half a syn for sausage otherwise free with hexb.
The result of having the flu and spending a full day in bed having to call in sick to work 😭 never like taking days off especially as it costs me money on pay day but you can’t help being ill. Dad came over and dropped off some weight watchers chicken soup with bread and lucozade, absolute hero 🙌 love island and chicken soup in bed nothing better 👌
✨SYN FREE SAUSAGE ROLLS ✨
So simple and tasty!
How to make them:
- defrost slimming world syn free pork sausages
- squeeze the meat out of the casing into a bowl
- egg wash a weight watchers wrap (hexb)
- shape the sausage meat so it’s a bit thicker than a normal sausage, and as long as the width of the wrap
- place meat in the centre of the wrap and roll it up
- egg wash the outside of the wrap
- repeat if you want to make lots, I did 2 wraps with meat from 4 sausages tonight
- bake for 20-25 minutes (180 or 200)
- cool and then cut to your preferred size
I usually cut the roll in half and have these two pieces as part of my lunch, I made two wraps so I can have it tomorrow and Friday 😁
And of course this isn’t my whole lunch, I’m gonna take some speedy cucumber and fruit to work too 😋
On plan and using syns in meals rather than on snacking. Breakfasts have been the same so far this week but that's normal for me, planning on going to the gym tomorrow so will shake things up with a higher protein breakfast 😀
No picture of dinner or pud.My battery was too low and by the time it was charged up enough dinner was eaten up because it was so late and i was starving,however it was still on plan,i picked up a chicken and ham pasta Slimming World meal and had it with a side salad so was all free 👍 then i had a blueberry light and free skyr yogurt that hubby had picked up,i usually dread looking up syns for things when he buys stuff so i was pleasantly surprised this was only 1/2 a syn.Result
first time having chocolate in a while😅🍫 I’m so used to buying a sharing bag which is really bad but I’m happy to be make small changes for good 💫
