i am oh-so-excited about these buffalo chicken EGGROLLS • in an effort to be more enthusiastic about football sundays 🏈 these eggrolls are the perfect game day snack for a group • I used an instantpot for this recipe, but you could easily just use a rotisserie chicken to save time ⏰ • Ingredients? 1/2 lb chicken breast, 1/4 c chicken stock, 1/4 c white wine, 1/2 vidalia onion, 2T butter, 5T Frank’s red hot, 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes, 1/4 c cream cheese, 2T sour cream, 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella, 1/2 carrot julienned, 2 T sliced scallion, 2 stalks celery julienned, 10 wonton wrappers, grape seed oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper AND ranch for dipping 👍 • 1. Season the chicken breast in salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder and sear in 1T of butter in instantpot 2. Add wine, chicken stock, sliced onion and cook in meat/stew setting for 20 minutes 3. When done cooking, place chicken/liquid mixture in a mixing bowl and shred chicken with a fork 4. Add franks red hot, 1T butter, sour cream, cream cheese, mozzarella, red pepper flakes, scallion and 1/2 tsp salt to complete the filling 5. To assemble, use wonton wrapper fill with about 1 heaping serving spoon of chicken mixture, add 4 pieces sliced carrot and 2 pieces celery and make eggroll shape (just google how to make eggrolls its very easy) 6. Fry in low-medium heat in grape seed oil (you could also use canola or corn oil). I didn’t fully submerge them in oil, used a pan with 1 inch deep in oil and rotated them as they cooked. Cooking was the trickiest part - I found the shells browned really quickly. I’d recommend you cook one first to get a hang of it before you cook the whole batch 👌

Hardy kiwis and the concord grapes, two of my favorite things that I look forward to every autumn. What about you? We were lucky to find these in our local farmer’s market before they pack up until next spring. I am actually contemplating to grow some of these hardy kiwi variety. I love how they are hairless, you can pop this into your mouth just like that, and they are juicy and sweet!Originated from colder territory (china/siberia) it’s a match for the cruel winter here. But I am thinking if I have enough patience to wait, it will take 5 years at the fastest to harvest the fruits🥴. Would you do it? Hello there, people! It's Apple Day tomorrow, so we're celebrating these amazing fruits in all their glory. I love how many varieties there are but so sad that there's just a few that we can actually buy. I hope I have a huge garden one day, where I can grow lots of old varieties of apples and other fruits as well. All the harvest veggies after cleaning up the greenhouse for winter. Lucky me to get so much juicy fruit and veggies.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Green fermented tomatoes, grape juice, and jelly.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The tomatoes must stay in a dark place for 3-4 weeks, airing it every day.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Recipe fermented green tomatoes:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1 kg of green tomatoes⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 20 g of peppercorn⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 30 g of mustard seeds⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2 cinnamon sticks⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 10 cloves of garlic⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 50 g of salt⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 200 ml of boiled water⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 800 ml of cold water⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Clean a 2-litert jar. Clean the tomatoes. Boil 200ml water and mix it with the salt. When salt is dissolved pour over the cold water and mix.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Peel the garlic and add to the jar together with the tomatoes and spices.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Pour over the salty water and stir well.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Set aside but open the lid every day to give it air. Close it and let it ferment for about 3-4 weeks.

Konečne som mohla znova niečo napiecť a čo iné by to bolo, než cheesecake 😄😄 Dneska je to teda čokoládovo - kokosový cheesecake 💜😊 🍂 Budeš potrebovať: 250g maslových sušienok 90g masla 🍂 Krém: 500g jemného odtučneného tvarohu 250g mascarpone 70g cukru 2 PL kokosového pudingu droetker 1 vajíčko 1 PL múky 2PL strúhaného kokosu 🍂 Čokoláda: 100g mliečnej čokolády 120ml smotany na šľahanie 🍂 Postup: Sušienky rozdrvíme a zmiešame s maslom izbovej teploty. Zmes utľapkáme na spodok formy (priemer 23 cm). Dáme do rúry na 180°C na 12 minút. Pripravíme si krém. Všetky ingrediencie na krém zmiešame v miske. Keď je korpus hotový, zalejeme ho pripraveným krémom. Pečieme ešte 40 minút pri teplote 150°C. Hotový cheesecake necháme v otvorenej rúre ešte pol hodinku. Zatiaľ si pripravíme čokoládu. Zohrejeme si smotanu na šľahanie (nevaríme ju!). Zalejeme ňou nalámanú čokoládu a poriadne zamiešame. Nalejeme na vychladnutý cheesecake, ktorý sme vybrali z otvorenej rúry. Necháme ešte asi 20 minút mimo rúry. chicken noodle soup 🍲 THAI CURRY STYLE 👊 • it’s like regular chicken soup, but even better. And the aroma? ITS UNREAL. I’m making it really easy for you, you just need to follow my instructions below👇 • Ingredients? 1# ground chicken, 1 vidalia onion, 1 clove garlic, 1/2 chopped jalapeño (no seeds), 1 tbsp ginger, 1 tsp lemongrass, 6T red curry paste, 1/3c mirin, 1/3c white wine, 1 tsp fish sauce, 1 chicken stock, 1 can coconut milk, 1/4 container vermicelli noodles, salt & pepper, cilantro, mint and scallion for garnish 🌿 • How to make? 👩🏻‍🍳 1. In a large pot with oil in med-high heat, season and sear ground chicken so brown on outsides and break apart into small pieces. 2. Reduce heat to low, add onions, jalapeño, garlic, lemongrass, ginger and cook for 3-5 minutes until onions are translucent. 3. Add curry paste, sauté in pan for 3 minutes. 4. Add mirin, white wine, chicken stock, 3 cups water and fish sauce and allow to cook, uncovered for an hour or so 5. Taste to ensure flavor is developed, adjust with salt as needed. If the base seems like needs more time (tastes watery) than you can leave it on for more time 6. Add coconut milk, stir and allow to fully integrate to soup. Add vermicelli noodles and bok choy (stems and leaves thinly chopped) than turn off heat and cover pot. The noodles and bok choy will cook from the heat from the soup. Stir noodles to ensure they break apart and don’t climb together, finish with the juice from 1/2 lime 7. Serve with lime wedge, scallion, cilantro and mint • This recipe makes about 6 full sized servings, the soup is rich and hearty and easily makes a whole meal 🥘 I also love bringing this to work for lunch to spice things up 🌶

Maybe you know or not that I never drink different coffee than classic latte. No sugar, no spices, no syrup. Never. So inspired by ‘not drunk by me’ pumpkin latte I baked this PUMPKIN LATTE CHEESECAKE 😀 It’s so delicious and perfectly autumnal. And I used the moss and cute tiny white mushrooms as well. Ed ecco la mia ricetta con la zucca per il contest di cucinosano! Lo so, non é nulla di sofisticato ma rimane uno dei miei cibi preferiri... il pane di zucca! Semplice da fare, molto più sano del pane "normale" e il suo colore e sapore ti riempiono il cuore! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ INGREDIENTI: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 4g lievito di birra secco 400g zucca cruda pulita 20g olio extravergine d'oliva 500g farina 00 5g malto 10g sale fino 100g acqua temperatura ambiente ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Cuocete la zucca a vapore per circa 30 minuti, poi passate la polpa con uno schiacciapatate fino ad ottenere una purea. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ In una planetaria unite la farina,la purea di zucca, il lievito e il malto. Azionate la planetaria e aggiungete l'acqua a filo. Quando l'impasto risulterà incordato aggiungete il sale. Dopo un paio di minuti aggiungete anche l'olio. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Mettete ora l'impasto sul piano di lavoro, procedete piegando su sè stessi i 4 lati e formate una palla. Riponetela in un contenitore capiente, copritelo e lasciatelo lievitare per 3 ore in un luogo tiepido. Riposizionate l'impasto lievitato sul piano di lavoro infarinato, eseguite nuovamente le pieghe, ricreate una palla e mettetela sulla teglia coperta con carta da forno. Lasciatela lievitare ancora per un'ora. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Con un coltellino affilato praticate 8 tagli sulla superficie dell'impasto. Cuocetelo in forno statico a 200° (sul fondo ponete una teglia con dell'acqua, per i primi 20 minuti). Dopo i primi 20 minuti togliete la teglia con l'acqua, abbassate il forno a 190° e cuocete per altri 35 minuti. Meet my soulmate, NAAN... can also be found at vinyasarestaurant. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Located between the Royal Mile and the Pleasance, the restaurant offers contemporary Indian food with great taste, presentation and service! For starters, we had Tiger king prawns (huge prawns fan!) and chicken wings. The tiger king prawns were so beautifully cut up and marinated in delicious tandoori paste!⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ For mains, we had a couple of curries. North Indian chilli garlic chicken was so lovely and perfect to go with our Peshwari naan. We also had some Tarka dhal, which was smashing with a touch of fresh garlic. Their Tandoori Borisa (king prawns tandoori) was incredible, I'm still fascinated by how they present the prawns! Now, the protagonist of it all (my all-time fav): Saag paneer! Their homemade cottage cheese blended flawlessly with the velvety spinach. Their biryani was also marvellous, and went so well with some smooth saag paneer. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ We ended the incredible night with some vanilla and caramel ice-cream. Huge shoutout to Raj, who took excellent care of us throughout the night!⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ SO many vegetarian and gluten-free options on the menu.
