Xo. recipe 2 c almond flour ⅓ c oats 1 egg ¼ c peanut butter 3 tbs maple syrup 2 tbs coconut oil 1 tsp vanilla In a bowl, add egg, peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla and mix well. Add almond flour and oats and mix thoroughly. Batter will be thick. Form into large balls and place on parchment lined baking sheet. Press down with palm or fork. With having the week off work and using it to change up my routine I decided to head out for a 5km run this morning which resulted in a late breakfast. Quindi mi sto prendendo questo periodo per riposarmi😴, visto che a settembre inizio la quinta liceo📚 e so già che sarà un anno bello impegnativo💪 (non parliamo del fatto che dovrò studiare anche per il test di medicina🙈). Detto ciò, per la colazione di stamattina devo ringraziare, anzi devo andare a stringere la mano a panderella_ 🤩, che mi ha fatto scoprire questa bellezza🥰, che io ho (come al mio solito😜) un po' modificato, ottenendo così questa CHEESECAKE🎂 ALLA CANNELLA🌶 CON PESCA🍑 E BURRO D'ARACHIDI🥜.
