PIZZA BIANCO Pizza with white sauce is my favourite kind. And it's perfect for vegans because it's so easy to make it tasty!!! The white sauce is enough "cheese" for this pizza I reckon. And this is one of my favourite toppings : sliced potato mixed with rosemary, thyme, oil, garlic, salt and truffle. And topped with some onion slices. This is my white sauce recipe: 50 ml soaked cashews 200 ml water 1 tsp garlic powder Salt 1 tsp potato starch (or any thickener) 1tbsp/50 ml of nutritional yeast(normally I use 1tbsp but I liked to this time add more for extra cheesy flavour) Blend everything and heat in a saucepan until it thickens. There's enough for to big or four small pizzas. Spread in on the pizza, add toppings, drizzle olive oil over the pizza crust and bake for 8-10 min in a very hot oven. The dough was a basic yeast, water, Walt,flour dough which I didn't actually knead but just mix and then let it rise the whole day.
