Plant Based Protein Bars - These bars are packed with healthy proteins and are perfect for on the go, after a workout or even as a snack! . . Ingredients 2 cups of chickpeas 1.5 cups of rolled oats 1/2 cup of hemp seeds 6 tablespoons of pea protein powder 2 tablespoons of peanut or almond butter 12 dates 1 tablespoon of almond milk 1 tablespoon of chopped chocolate chips . . Method Add all ingredients apart from choc chips into a food processor and pulse for a couple of minutes. Spoon the mixture out onto a lined baking tray, press and mould to 1/2 inch thick. Press the choc chips into the top. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Cut into bars and enjoy. Marking sure we are getting the nutrients, energy and soul nurturing we need with our food has the knock on effect of supporting our immune system, mood, helping us sleep and giving us the mental clarity we need to be super mum. Hledala jsem hodně receptů, ale stejně jsem neměla všechny indgredience a tak jsem zkusila vlastní recept, který je ale super easy! ❤️ a navíc - jsou VEGAN FRIENDLY! 🌱 . *200 g kešu *140 g datlí *10 g karobu *40 g ovesné mouky *30 g vegan čoko proteinu od @hammernutritioncz . Kešu rozmixujeme na mouku a postupně přidáme zbylé ingredience. Podle hustoty doléváme vodu, směs nesmí být moc sypká, ale ani tekutá! . Slice 200g of cauliflowers (green, purple and yellow) with a mandolin. Add salt and some lemon juice. Then, the cream. Cicioni fermentino, water, olive oil, mustard, salt and agave syrup. Then, add the cauliflowers. Create some little pies using a coppapasta. At first, one layer of cream, then, a few slices of Cicioni and cauliflowers. Children, you should repent! • • 🇮🇹 Cavolfiore, sei così detestato dai bambini di ogni epoca! E oggi invece ti innalziamo, con un piatto semplice nella preparazione quanto estroso nella presentazione. Fermentino Cicioni e cavolfiori variopinti. Quando figurano nel classico verde ortaggio è inevitabile, l’aspetto li banalizza, per questo oggi osiamo aggiungendo viola e giallo. Prendiamo quindi due etti di cime di cavolfiore per ciascuno dei tre colori per poi affettarli con una mandolina. Leggero passaggio di sale, leggere lacrime di succo di limone. Teniamo da parte le fettine più precise, così da usarle poi come guarnizione. Fettine più brutte, c’è un piano anche per voi. E consiste nell’amalgamarle con una crema a base di Cicioni, acqua, olio, senape, sale e sciroppo d’agave. Coppapasta alla mano, formiamo dei tortini con la crema. Was feeling pretty tired (and it's only Wednesday!) but got into the flow and feeling much more awake now! That and running for the bus. 😂 I made it at least! Hope you have a great day! 💛💛💛 To make: - Mix a heaped 1/3 cup oats with 100ml almond milk, a tsp of peanut butter and a little maca powder. - In a separate bowl cover a 1/4 cup of buckwheat with cold water. - Leave both overnight in the fridge. - In the morning rinse and blend the buckwheat with 1/2 a frozen banana, a handful of frozen mango and a dash of vanilla extract and a 1/3 cup almond milk. - Add the overnight oats to your glass, layer up the buckwheat mango smoothie and top with kiwi, coconut flakes and peanut butter! Fresh out the oven! Breakfast flapjacks - They’re so easy to make; Just melt together 75g peanut butter and 50ml oat milk in a pan, mix in 200g or oats, 2 chopped dates and 1 punnet of raspberries from @riverford and bake on gas mark 7 for around 10 mins (these were done in 6). We all know we should eat the rainbow of whole foods, yet due to our hectic an busy lives we don't hit the recommended amount of fruits and vegetables a day. If you're a healthy person you won't have any issues but.... if you have a weakened immune system you will most definitely miss all the nutrients. When people have bowel issues, the food they consume will not break down properly. Nutrients are not absorbed and therefore the immune system is weakened giving opportune diseases a chance. For the shrimp, I pat them down with a paper towel then tossed them with some olive oil, pink Himalayan salt, ground pepper, smoked paprika, smoked chili, and garlic powder. You can get creative and use whatever you want. Don’t be afraid to experiment. . 2. Cook the shrimp for 60-75 seconds on each side. Don’t over do it as it will become rubbery. . 3. The precious.... me wants it...😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍 repost via @instarepost20 from @vegspirationfeed Cheesy Stuffed Squash 🤤 Follow us @vegspirationfeed for Daily vegan recipes Photo and recipe by @avantgardevegan 1 Butternut Squash, washed & halved length ways 2 tbs Vegetable Oil 1 Leek, peeled, washed & chopped fine 2 cloves of Garlic, minced 2 tbs Fresh Sage, chopped Cheese Sauce 1/4 cup Vegan Butter 1/4 cup Flour 3 cups Soy Milk/Cashew Milk 1/2 Onion 1 Bay Pinch Nutmeg Pinch Sea Salt & Pepper 1/2 cup Grated Vegan Cheese 1 tbs Nutritional Yeast 1 tbs Dried Chilli Flakes Method Roast the squash until softened. Scoop out the filling, leaving a cm of flesh. Set the filling aside Sauté the leek, garlic & sage. For the cheese sauce, in a saucepan add the vegan margarine and place the pan over a low heat. When the margarine is melted, add the flour. Using a spatular mix well. Cook the mix whilst stirring for a couple of minutes to cook out the flour. It should resemble a paste like consistency. Gradually whisk in the infused milk (flavourings strained out), a little at a time. Once you’ve added all the milk, the béchamel should be creamy, if you want to make it cheesy, add vegan cheese & nutritional yeast. Fold the leek mixture & some of the filling into the cheese sauce, then spoon the into the hollowed squash halves. Bake the filled squash for 20 minutes or until golden. Decided to check out some of Hoi An​’​s most famous cafés. We started off at CocoBox, a rustic caf​é​, juice bar and farm shop, right in the middle of Hoi An​’​s ancient town. CocoBox boasts of the most extensive juice menus in Central Vietnam. While they serve top-notch Hoi An Roastery coffee, according to my nephew, these guys also serve the best chocolate shake in the world. So of course, we bought some of that cocoa powder back home too. B) . 1 tablespoon tamari 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce 1 tablespoon chilli sauce 1 cup vegetable broth 1 tablespoon wholemeal flour A few dashes of black pepper . C) 1 teaspoon sesame oil 1 brown onion, sliced 4 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 thumbsize piece of ginger, sliced 1/2 red capsicum, sliced 1/2 carrot, sliced 5 cup mushrooms, sliced 1 bunch broccolini, stems removed 8 green beans, sliced A handful of roast cashews . Method . Mix A) and transfer to the oven for 30 minutes @ 175 C. . Mix B) in a bowl. . For C), heat oil and cook onion, garlic, and ginger until the onion is transparent. Add the rest of the vegetables and cook until broccolini turns a darker green. Add cashews. Add mixed B) and cook until the sauce starts to thicken. Remove from the fire and stir in cooked A).
