I havent been posting food because recently all Ive been eating is pumpkin rice porridge for every meal because I have been pretty not good in tummy and physical state department so it really hasnt been so exciting. Bonjour mes fidèles followers 💜 Une envie de chaud, de sucré en ce dimanche matin tout gris et pluvieux. C'est parti pour un porridge réconfortant sans fruits crus que je préfère manger en dehors des repas. J'ai mis en photo quelques ingrédients achetés en grosse quantités chez koro dont je suis satisfaite. Broke my fast this morning with porridge oats simmered in water, a tea spoon tahini, a tablespoon crunchy peanut butter, mango & top with raspberry, raisins, pistachios plus tiny drizzle of maple syrup. Mango stone had some soft juicy pulp around it and I didn’t throw it in the bin instead using my hand squeezed any bit of juicy flesh was left around it. In this way I added natural whole fruit sugar in porridge & less syrup! Porridge texture felt like creamy, velvety, warm, nutty & super delicious! Your brain love good fat so it performs better under pressure, your body likes good nutrient dense carbs for energy & vitality. Skin that is nourished & conditioned from inside, eaten good source of fats mainly plant based or grass fed stays hydrated, moisturised, young, glowing, wrinkle free & happy as you age. Thus, it is wise investing money on buying good quality food than spending money on an expensive moisturiser. Can you even call it breakfast at this time? 🙈 Had a lovely lie in and I’m making some porridge now. Found a few of these boxes for 55p (swipe left) at Tesco. I struggle to make the right amount of porridge and always end up with a massive portion so these are perfect. You even measure the milk using the sachet. Home Stirring (it's not really cooking😉) - Today I woke up and craved mini freddos. Obviously, I am a very mature 25 year old 🤔😛child - Decided to put my mini freddo/animal biscuits on my protein porridge. I also topped it with Nutella, strawbs, bluebs and cocoa.plus hazelnut choc 🍫 - The choc is higher in protein than usual choc and tastes pretty damn good.
