Plain Flour/Maida - 1 Cup Yogurt - ½ Cup Baking Soda - ½ Tsp Baking Powder - ½ Tsp Salt - To Taste Olive Oil - 1½ Tbsp Plain Flour - For Dusting -In a bowl or a kneading plate add the plain flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder. Mix well and add yogurt and make a sticky soft dough. -Once dough is formed, add oil and knead for a 3-4 minute so that the fats get activated in the dough. -Divide the dough into equal portion as per your portions. -In a dusted platform roll the portion, if required dust some flour. -Take a cake tin or any plate/utensil. -Grease it well with some oil. Sprinkle some flour. -Now prick some holes into it using a fork. Transfer this to a pre heated oven at 220°c -Bake for 5-6 mins in the oven. Allow it to cool and home made pizza base is ready! Good morning everybody ! Today I am sharing these mouth watering cheese danishes !!! They are definitely the taste of my childhood ! Recipe makes 8 large danishes . Ingredients: Dough: 2.5 cup flour 1/2 cup milk 3 tbsp sugar 1/4 cup butter 2 eggs and 1 extra egg yolk for the dough 1 tsp yeast Filling : 300-400 grams cottage cheese Sugar ( quantity depends on how sweet you want it ) 1 egg Directions : Mix 1/4 milk with yeast and set aside . Mix remaining milk , sugar , eggs , and melted butter. Slowly add flour , constantly mixing . When most flour has been added , add the yeast and milk mix ( preferably with completely blended yeast) . Add remaining flour . Work on the dough for 5-10 minutes and set aside to rise . Mix cottage cheese , egg and sugar until minimal chunks are seen . Mixing with my hand worked best for me . When dough has risen , formulate into 8 balls . Flatten the balls with a glass ( make sure to put some flour on the bottom to prevent it from sticking ) . Add in the cottage cheese ! Bake at 360 F for 25-30 min . About 5-10 minutes before ready , take danishes out and cover dough with egg yolk. Put back into oven for the remaining time . Enjoyyyyyyyyyyy

#glutenfree mcgriddles 😋 or really just scrambled eggs between two maple syrup pancakes. Whatever you want to call it, it was delicious and hit the spot for my #mcgriddle craving. This was all too easy using @kingarthurflour gluten free all purpose baking mix. I followed the pancake recipe and added 1 Tablespoon or so of maple syrup to the batter. Green Curry Noodles by Marium Hosein Everything in this recipe is andaza (to your liking) Boil one packet of noodles according to the instructions on the packet. Save 1 cup of the pasta water you boiled the pasta in. Sauté a small chopped up onion in some butter and olive oil. When soft, add 2 chicken breasts (diced). When the water dries, you can season the chicken with some garlic salt and pepper. Let it slightly change colour and remove from heat. In the same pan add a tablespoon of olive oil, and sauté 2-3 cloves of chopped up garlic. Blitz a big bunch of dhania (cilantro) and 1 green chili (eliminate if your kids don’t like it) in a food processor and add it to the pan. Add 1/2 tsp of turmeric, 1 chicken knor cube, pepper, 1/2 tsp of ground cumin juice of a lemon (infact after pouring the juice in, I also throw in the lemon in the pot for a real lemony kick to the sauce) and bhunofy for a few minutes. Add the chicken back in with about 1 can of coconut milk or if you want to be naughty then coconut Adjust seasonings. Now add the noodles. I used capellini noodles, they're thinner hence less guilt. And about 1/2 a cup of the pasta water. Mix it all together till the sauce coats the noodles. Put in a bowl, add crispy toppings. Sabudana Khichdi in Microwave 😗 Sabudana Khichdi is an all-time favourite Maharashtrian snack, which is often had for breakfast or supper. With a few small tweaks like using sendha namak instead of sea salt, it is also used to sustain oneself on a fasting day. Soaking time:  8 hours  Preparation Time: 10 mins  Cooking Time: 9 mins  Total Time: 8 hours 19 minutes  Makes 4 servings Ingredients 1 cup sago (sabudana) 2 tbsp oil 1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) 5 curry leaves (kadi patta) 3/4 cup potato cubes 1/2 cup roasted and coarsely crushed peanuts 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania) 1 1/2 tsp green chilli paste 2 tsp lemon juice 1 1/2 tsp sugar salt to taste For Serving curds (dahi) Method Wash the sago. Drain and place them in a deep bowl, add approx. ½ cup of water and mix gently. Cover with a lid and keep aside for 8 hours. Combine the oil, cumin seeds and curry leaves in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute. Add the potatoes, mix well and cover with a microwave safe lid and microwave on high for 5 minutes, while tossing it once in between. Add the soaked sabudana, peanuts, coriander, green chilli paste, lemon juice, sugar and salt, mix gently and cook on a medium flame for 3 minutes, while stirring once in between. ive been feeling a little guilty for not making dinner each night, so yesterday i roasted everything up on a pan together for a pretty quick dinner last night 👋 lemony salmon w/ tahini, balsamic roasted broccoli + brussels + buttery corn. The corn tasted like it was from the grille but cooked in oven🌟. . . the salmon i cooked in a cast iron on high heat for about 3-4 mins on each side. used avocado oil, sea salt, pepper, coconut aminos, lemon + drizzled tahini on top with finished. The veggies, baked at 400 for about 30 mins! For the corn you can either add butter or olive oil + sea salt + pepper + paprika. Then, either leave as is or wrap in tin foil. Bake in the oven at 400 for about 30 mins flipping halfway. I never have a go to dinner, but usually protein (fish, eggs, veggie burgers) + brown rice + roasted veggies & a sauce! #quickdinners

If you've made that dish, then you are well familiar with it's decadence. Sprinkle the remaining seasoning onto both sides. Marinating the pork loin for 2 hours is recommended, but optional. Place the pork loin into the air fryer basket on air fryer. You may have to cut the loin into smaller portions if it doesn't fit your air fryer. Air fry the pork loin for 25 minutes on 360 degrees. Open the air fryer and flip the pork loin. Cook for an additional 12-15 minutes or until the pork loin reaches an internal temperature of at least 145 degrees. Remove the pork loin from the air fryer. Allow the meat to rest for at least 10 minutes prior to slicing. You can glaze with additional vinaigrette if desired.

They used our Changing Seas brand hot smoked salmon, available at @wholefoods, and created this healthy, vibrant, and totally customizable meal. HOT SMOKED SALMON TACOS 🥙 Ingredients: * Changing Seas Hot Smoked Salmon (Peppered or Classic) * Corn tortillas * Sour cream or yogurt (we made a cilantro lime garlic yogurt in the blender, but right out the tub works well too!) * Salad greens (feel free to use whatever sounds good to you—spring mix, arugula, spinach, cabbage, etc!) * Avocado * Peppers (we used shishito peppers sautéed in soy sauce, ginger and sesame oil, but any pepper, such as jalapeño, will work great!) * Salsa * Chopped Onions * Radish (we used watermelon radishes for the pop of pink, but plain radishes taste the same!) * Lime * Cilantro Preparation: 1.
