CHICKPEA BLONDIES !! now this might sound weird that there are chickpeas in here but you can’t even taste them and they work perfectly. plus these guys are vegan & gluten free ! they are the perfect ooey gooey, peanut buttery, chocolatey sweet treat. half the batch is already gone !! 🍫🥜🤩 . . . 1 19 oz can chickpeas 3/4 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup maple syrup 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 tsp baking powder 1/4 cup almond flour 1/2 cup @enjoylifefoods dairy free choc chips salt . . . this is one of my lowest amount of ingredients recipes and totally the easiest cleanup. all you do is combine the chickpeas, peanut butter, maple syrup, baking powder, vanilla extract, and almond flour in a food processor or high speed blender. once the mixture is smooth stir in half the chocolate chips. pour the batter in an oiled pan and sprinkle with the remaining choc chips + salt. bake at 350 for 20 minutes. enjoy !! 💕🥳

Porridge para desayunar!! Esta vez con chispas de chocolate 80%, fresas, crema de cacahuete/ maní y semillas de cáñamo/ hemp. . . 🔸Ingredientes:
• 1/3 taza de avena en hojuelas/ copos
• 1/3 taza de bebida vegetal de preferencia sin azúcar (soja/soya, almendras, etc) también puede ser leche de vaca descremada/ desnatada
• 1/3 taza de agua
• 1-2 sobres de stevia o edulcorante de preferencia
• 4 claras de huevo o 1 huevo + 2 claras
• 1/2 cucharadita de vainilla • Pizca de sal (opcional) . 🔸Para el topping: • 1 cda de chispas de chocolate 80% cacao de @granela.es • Semillas de cáñamo de @prozis @prozisespana • 1 cdta de crema de cacahuete/ maní de @prozis @prozisespana • Fresas .
🔸Preparación:
1️⃣En una olla agregar la bebida vegetal + la avena + el agua. Revolver a fuego bajo.
2️⃣Cuando haya espesado un poco, agregar la stevia + la vainilla.
3️⃣Por último agregar las claras de huevo y revolver por 1-2 minutos.
4️⃣Servir con toppings de preferencia. .

Chef Craig’s Low-Calorie Chicken Burrito INGREDIENTS: 1 teaspoon canola oil 2 garlic cloves (minced fine) 1/2 cup onion (chopped) 1/2 cup green bell pepper (chopped) 1 1/2 cups chicken breast (cooked, chopped) 1 can/15 ounces black beans (drained and rinsed) 1 cup rice (instant, uncooked) 1 can/14 1/2 ounces tomatoes (diced) 3/4 cup salsa (divided) 1/3 cup water 1 1/2 teaspoon cumin 1/2 teaspoon oregano 1 cup mozzarella cheese (part skim, grated) 1/4 cup cilantro (fresh, chopped) 10 flour tortillas (8 inches) Garnish: fat-free sour cream INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat the oven to 375°F. Heat the oil in a large, non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic, onion, and green bell pepper, and cook five minutes, or until vegetables are tender and become aromatic. Next, add the cooked chicken breast, the black beans, rice, tomatoes, 1/2 cup of salsa, and the next three ingredients, and reduce the heat to medium. Cook for 10 minutes when the rice is fully cooked and nice and tender. Remove the mixture from the heat, and stir in the cheese and cilantro. Stir gently until the cheese is melted. Assemble the burritos, spoon about 1/2 cup of the mixture into each of the tortillas, and roll the tortilla tightly. Place the burritos in a baking dish, and top them with the remaining salsa. Put the burritos in the oven, and bake them at 375°F for 15 minutes, or until they become slightly crisp. Remove the burritos from the oven, and allow them to cool for 3-5 minutes. Then, top the burritos with sour cream. Receta🍳😋⬇⬇⬇... ▫ ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ ▫ Quién se apunta a comer esta rica tortilla de batatas, brócoli y espinacas❓❓ 🔸 La batata, boniato o camote, como ya os he comentado en alguna ocasión, es una alternativa más interesante que la tan consumida patata, pues tiene mayor valor nutricional y hasta un 50% más de fibra. 🔸 Os paso ingredientes de este rico plato👉 ▫ 🔹batata y brócoli cocidos al vapor. 🔹huevos de campo. 🔹espinacas frescas 🔹dientes de ajo 🔹vino blanco 🔹pimienta negra, curry, aove y sal rosada. ▫ La tortilla es muy sencilla, se saltean la batata, el brócoli y las espinacas con 2-3 dientes de ajo y un poco de aove, se le añade un chorrito de vino blanco, el curry, la pimienta negra y punto de sal. Se agregan los huevos batidos y se le da el punto que le guste a cada uno. En mi caso me gusta bien hecha, con los huevos bien cuajados. But I hear a lot especially in the paleo crowd that “I’m so sick of eggs”. If you’re eating eggs every day, you should be sick of them. It’s a good idea to diversify your food choices and that includes breakfast. It doesn’t have to be the traditional breakfast food. This is a cacao chia seed pudding that I premade and keep in the fridge for a fast breakfast. It’s high protein, high fat, high voltage...real food. I garnished with fruit, nuts and almond butter. Remember to break your nightly fast in the first 30-60 minutes of waking. This sets your digestion up for success later in the day, contributes to your biological rhythms and helps keep stress on the body low. “Cereal-ously the best.” 🥣 • I recently bought some Purely Elizabeth granola and I was standing in the kitchen thinking what I wanted to pair it with and immediately thought back to Sarah’s Gluten and Dairy Free “Cereal.” This bowl is way better than the sugary, processed stuff you’ll find in the cereal aisle at the grocery store.
