Divide half of the cream in three separate bowls. Add in the different colouring in each bowl and mix. Take out the cupcake molds from the freezer and layer the three colours with the white cream in the molds. Take a spoon and gently stirr one to three circles in the cream. Herb and Creme Fraiche Tarts with Caviar 🌿 ˙ Recipe by Delicious ˙ Ingredients: ˙ 4 eggs, plus 1 extra yolk 2 tablespoons each finely chopped chervil (see note), parsley and chives, plus extra chives to garnish 500ml creme fraiche, plus extra to serve Caviar (see note), to garnish ˙ ✳ Shortcrust pastry ˙ 400g plain flour 200g chilled unsalted butter, chopped 2 eggs ˙ Directions: ˙ Step 1 For pastry, whiz flour, butter and a pinch of salt in a processor until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Add eggs and 2 tablespoons iced water. Process until mix comes together in a ball. Divide in 2 portions, then enclose in plastic wrap and chill for 1 hour. Grease thirty 2cm-deep, 8cm diameter loose-bottomed tart pans (or patty pans). On a floured surface, roll dough to about 5mm thick. Use a 9cm pastry cutter to cut 30 rounds, then use to line pans. Chill for 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 180°C. Place tart pans on 2 baking trays. Line tarts with baking paper, then fill with pastry weights or uncooked rice. Bake for 5 minutes. Remove weights and paper, then bake for 2-3 minutes until golden and dry. ˙ Step 2 Stir eggs, yolk, herbs and creme fraiche, in a bowl, season and stir to combine. Pour into tart shells and bake for 10 minutes or until set. Cool to room temperature. ˙ Step 3 When ready to serve, top the tarts with extra creme fraiche and a little caviar, then garnish with extra chives.

Raise your hand if you are a creature of habit 🙋‍♀️ I know I am. It’s not always a bad thing as long as your habits are positively effecting your life. But beyond daily mundane tasks and food choices, I realized I was a creature of habit when it came to my disorder too. • • I ate the same breakfast for years because it was safe. I did the same workouts because they didn’t make me too bulky. I ate my meals at the same time because those were the times I deemed it to be ok. I went to bed hungry at night because then and only then I felt like I deserved breakfast the next morning. • • I’m not saying it’s easy to let old beliefs go. I know it’s hard because they are familiar. We get comfortable with them because we’ve spent years building systems & developing habits that depend on them. Kind of like when you wear glasses for too long that you forget you have them on, you forget that the world looks the way it does because you have become so used to seeing it through a particular set of lenses. Today, however, I encourage you to try new lenses. • • It was only when I let go of the fear and started branching out & trying new things that I realized I’m STILL living without these old patterns and beliefs. I’m a firm believer life begins at the end of your comfort zone. • • Its also why I LOVE dailyharvest because it allows me to try things I usually wouldn’t. Hace tiempo que uso la cúrcuma más que nada para darle un poco de color a los panes, pero hace mucho que no lo hacía con un pan de masa madre. Es realmente muy poco lo que uso, y con eso solo, tiñe muchísimo. Me sorprendió además, que ese poquito, haya dejado tan esponjoso al pan, además del amarillo de la miga. Muy bueno. Para los que tengan ganas de experimentar también les dejo la receta además del video: Está en gramos y porcentaje panadero: (800g de masa) 90% harina 000 (375g), 10% integral (40g)
, 20% masa madre (80g), 2% sal (8g)
, 70% agua (290g). La cúrcuma es tan poca, que no influye en la fórmula. Yo le coloco apenas media cucharada de café. En un bowl colocamos el agua y le agregamos la masa madre (TIENE QUE ESTAR 100% ACTIVA), mezclamos hasta no dejar grumos. A continuación le agregamos las harinas, la cúrcuma e incorporamos los ingredientes. No debe quedar harina seca. Cubrimos con un trapo y la dejamos descansar una hora. Es fundamental que procuremos una temperatura ambiente de 25°C, lo que nos ayudará a levar el pan correctamente, de lo contrario todo demorará bastante más. Pasado ese tiempo agregamos la sal, disuelta en un par de gotas de agua y comenzamos el amasado. La idea es no desgarrar la masa, ni romperla, ya que lo que buscamos a partir de ahora es generar una red de gluten, la que nos ayudará a mantener la forma del pan. Después del amasado comienza la 1er fermentación, lo que llevará unas 4-5 horas (25°C). En ese período deberemos realizar pliegues a la masa cada 30 minutos aprox. unas 3 veces. Les recomiendo ver el video que subí sobre ese tema. Una vez que la masa llegó a un volumen aproximado de 70-80% de crecimiento, desmoldamos con cuidado y formamos el pan sin desgasificar la masa. También ya subí un video formando panes, que les servirá de guía. Luego pasamos nuestro pan a un banneton, canasta o bowl (con trapo y harina de arroz) y lo dejamos volver a crecer por unas 2 horas (25°C) (2da fermentación), hasta verlo crecido. Mientras precalentamos el horno a 220-250°C y usando una olla de hierro (dutch oven) o bolsa de horno (hay video también), lo horneamos 20' tapado y otros 20-25' más destapado. Gluten Morgen a todos.

سلام دوستان خوبم 💥ممنون که با لایک و کامنت همراهی میکنین و انرژی مثبت میدین.💥 مواد لازم: آرد 3 لیوان نصف استکان روغن مایع (استکان کمر باریک ترک، 40 گرم) کره 2 ق غ پر پودر قند 1لیوان وانیل شکری 1پاکت (5 گرم و یا وانیل ایرانی کمی) طرز تهیه: آرد را داخل ماهیتابه بریزید و روی شعله کوچک اجاق با حرارت کم حدود 25_20 دقیقه هم بزنید و به اندازه ای که رنگ آرد تغییر نکند تفت بدید. Bahan: 250 g daging ayam giling 60 g tepung terigu 100 g tepung sagu Minyak Bumbu: 3 siung bawang putih 4 siung bawang merah 1 sdt bubuk bawang putih Garam Lada putih bubuk Gula 50 ml air 1 btr telur Tusuk sate/stik es krim Bahan baluran: 1 btr telur Tepung panir Cara Membuat: 1. Masukkan daging ayam giling ke dalam food processor. 2. Tambahkan bawang putih dan bawang merah. Blender hingga tercampur rata. Tambahkan tepung sagu atau tapioka, tepung terigu, bubuk bawang putih, lada putih, garam dan gula pasir. Blender kembali. 3. Perlahan masukkan air dan telur ayam. Blender hingga semua tercampur rata. 4. Oleskan tangan dengan minyak. Ambil sedikit adonan dan lilitkan pada tusukan sate. Lakukan hal ini sampai adonan habis. 5. ein 4 gänge menü (vegan), das es geschafft hat, 10 senioren von der schmackhaftigkeit von pflanzlichem essen zu überzeugen 🌹 bestehend aus: . ☆ blumenkohl-käse teile mit mayo und vogerlsalat ☆ karotten-ingwer-hanf suppe mit olivenöl croutons ☆ kartoffel-sellerie pürree mit ofengemüse, glacierten kirschtomaten und einem blätterteig törtchen mit cashew-rote zwiebel-balsamico- champignon belag ☆ erdbeer-rhabarber crumble und mousse au chocolat !!!!!!! 😋✌🏽🌼 . beim 70. geburtstag meiner oma bemerken ein paar ihrer gäste, dass ich vegan esse und es gab eine längere (positive) diskussion über das thema... die damit endete, dass vegan für sie nicht mehr so abartig klang wie vorher, jedoch konnten sie sich nicht wirklich vorstellen, dass rein pflanzliches essen auch echt gut schmecken kann (wie ich ihnen klarmachen wollte) daraufhin fragten sie mich, ob ich ihnen nicht mal was kochen könne 🍲 ich war gleich motiviert und schlug vor, ein 4 gänge menü zu machen :)) da waren die 10 herrschaften sehr positiv überrascht und stimmten sofort zu! sie würden mir den warenwert bezahlen und noch ein trinkgeld, wenn es denn auch gut werden würde 🌼😁 gesagt, getan und das war das resultat! voller erfolg :D meine oma und schwester haben mir etwas geholfen und hannah hat auch noch die weinbegleitung serviert ✌🏽🍷

Se amate dolci al caff ☕️ come la sottoscritta, vi consiglio di provare quanto prima questi MUFFIN al CAFFE CON CUORE DI NUTELLA🍫… sono meravigliosi. 😉 . 🗒Ingredienti (circa 6-7 muffin) 160 g di farina 00 1 uovo piccolo o medio 100 ml di panna fresca da montare 35 ml di caffè ben ristretto a temperatura ambiente 80 g di zucchero semolato 30 ml di olio di semi di arachidi 2 cucchiaini rasi di lievito per dolci 1 puntina di bicarbonato 1/2 cucchiaino di caffè solubile ridotto in polvere finissima 1 pizzico di sale 70-80 g di gocce di cioccolato Nutella o crema di nocciole q.b. . N.B. I muffin sono velocissimi proprio perchè non richiedono lunghi tempi per mescolare tutti gli ingredienti, anzi! Meno tempo mescolerete, più usciranno morbidi... quindi giusto il tempo di avere un composto abbastanza omogeneo!😘 . In una ciotola mescolare tutti gli ingredienti secchi: farina, lievito, zucchero, caffè solubile. In un’altra ciotola aggiungete tutti gli ingredienti liquidi e mescolate: olio di semi, panna, caffè e l’uovo. Unite i composti secchi a quelli liquidi e mescolate velocemente per poco tempo. Aggiungete il cioccolato fondente tritato o le gocce di cioccolato e mescolate. Riempite uno stampo da muffins con pirottini di carta e distribuite metà composto all’interno con un cucchiaio, aggiungete al centro un cucchiaino abbondante di Nutella, e ricoprite con altro impasto. Lasciate almeno 1 cm dal bordo perchè i muffin lieviteranno molto in cottura. Cuocete in forno statico e preriscaldato a 180° per circa 20 minuti, fate la prova stecchino, se asciutto è pronto. Sfornate, fate intiepidire i muffin al caffè con cuore di Nutella, a piacere aggiungete un po’ di zucchero a velo. This is Malfouf Khart, which basically translates to chopped cabbage. You can taste sweetness from the cabbage, with hints of sour..coated with cumin. You can taste and smell the cinnamon, then your tastebuds will tingle, and you'll crave another bite.
