B E L L S • O F • S T • C L E M E N S Sometimes I do myself a disservice with my "Go Hard Or Go Home" attitude towards cooking. 👊 If I had done what a normal person would do, and make 1 L of cordial today I probably would have enjoyed the process a whole lot more! 🤦‍♀️ Instead I went a bit OTT 🤸‍♀️ when I picked the fruit in the orchard and ended up making about 5.5L of cordial! 🧴 So, if any of my friends want to try home made cordial, 🍊🍋 hit me up! I've got lots to share!! The full recipe is in my post from earlier today (link in comments) but in a nut shell - 🍊 Peel citrus. 🍋 Juice citrus flesh. Weigh. 🍊 Add same weight of sugar as juice to the peel. 🍋 Allow the sugar to extract the citrus oils from the peel and create a citrus syrup. 🍊 Add the juice to the citrus syrup and peel mixture. 🍋 Strain well and pour into sterilized bottles. 🍊 Use as you would cordial - great to add to still and sparkling water or to flavour up a vodka soda or gin and tonic. 🍋 Keeps in the fridge for 4+ weeks. Sugar helps to preserve foods as does keeping it cold. However, if you notice any sign of mold in your cordial ditch and make a fresh batch. Chaque année, j'attends les mois d'août et septembre pour les retrouver et en profiter un maximum. Blanches ou vertes, pleines de bons vitamines et minéraux et très peu calorique, elles se dégustent autant en plat salé que sucré. A ce propos, avez-vous déjà goûté ma recette de poulet aux figues? Pour 4 personnes : • 4 blancs de poulets • 4 figues fraîches en morceaux • Huile d’olive • Amandes effilées Faites cuire des blancs de poulet 5 min de chaque côté dans une poêle anti-adhésive. Dans le même temps, faites poêler dans un peu d’huile des figues émincées finement et faites dorer des amandes effilées sous le gril du four. Salez, poivrez et servez le poulet avec les figues. Parsemez d’amandes. PS : cela marche bien aussi avec des abricots ou avec des raisins secs. YUCa’s Recipe : Taiyaki . Do you know this fish shape waffle? This is called Taiyaki (鯛焼き). “Tai (鯛)” means a carp and “Yaki (焼き)” means stir-fry or bake in Japanese. To make this shape, you need to buy special waffle machine. You can buy online or electric stores here in Japan to make at home or you can find Taiyaki shops at many places here in Japan. Lemon tell ya... this is the best lemon protein loaf you’ll ever make 🍋 Light, fluffy, VGN and GF 🙌🏼. Lemon cake is one of my favourites ever! What’s yours? 🌞 60 g coconut oil 
180 ml unsweetened almond milk 8 tablespoons sweetfreedomuk Light Syrup 1 teaspoon lemon extract Pinch salt 250 g gluten-free flour blend (or sub plain flour if not gluten-free) 50g Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder (I used awesomesupps )
2 heaped teaspoons baking powder 1/4 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp white thechiaco chia seeds 
Zest from 1 lemon Juice from 1 lemon Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Place the coconut oil in a large bowl and melt over a saucepan of boiling water or in the microwave. Once melted, add the milk to the same bowl along with the chia seeds, syrup, lemon, salt and apple cider vinegar. Sift in the flour, protein powder, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda. Mix well, adding a tiny splash more milk if it’s looking too dry. Transfer mixture into a greased baking tin lined with baking paper. Bake in oven for around 30 minutes until risen and golden brown and an inserted skewer comes out clean. Once out the oven, leave to cool completely on a wire rack before applying the frosting. 🧁 VeganRecipes Cake Baking LemonDrizzle

Because we all deserve Pancakes 🥞 . . Recipe of my eggless pancakes- 1. Grind some oats, around 60gm and add 30gm wheat flour to it. 2. Now to the mixing bowl with flour mixture, add a pinch of salt, 1tbsp sugar, 1/2tbsp baking powder/soda. 3. Add milk until you get a batter consistency which is not too thick and not too runny. ( I used my homemade coconut milk) 4. Heat up a pan, spray some butter, ghee or oil. Pour batter, cook until there’s bubble then flip and cook again till you get nice brown colour on both sides. ( Use a ladle full of batter to get equal sized pancakes) 5. Stack ‘em up in a plate. Top it with your favourite toppings and a drizzle of honey!🤤 I’ve used banana, cranberries and pumpkin seeds. I made monuts! Yes, donut shaped muffins! They're high protein, low carb, and freaking delicious. I baked them in the donut tray because I wasn't sure how they'd bake through in a muffin tray and also they look way cooler when shaped like a donut, plus the protein powder I use makes them taste like donuts anyway!! According to my calculations, my monuts have approx 98 cals per donut, 2.2g carbs, 5.5g fat, 9.8g protein and 1.3g sugar! • • - RECIPE - • • 2 EGG WHITES • 1 TSP VANILLA ESSENCE • 1 CUP ALMOND MEAL/FLOUR • 1.5 TSP BAKING POWDER • 1/2 CUP ALMOND MILK (I USE VITASOY) • 2 SCOOPS OF VANILLA PROTEIN POWDER (I USE R1 AND IT MAKES ANYTHING TASTE LIKE CAKE BATTER AND DONUTS) • 1 CUP FROZEN RASPBERRIES. • • - METHOD • • MIX WET INGREDIENTS TOGETHER. ADD DRY INGREDIENTS AND MIX WELL UNTIL HARDLY AND TO NO LUMPS. ADD RASPBERRIES LAST AND MIX QUICKLY, DONT OVER MIX! ADD MIXTURE TO DONUT TRAYS. I FILLED THEM QUITE HIGH AS I WASNT SURE HOW MUCH THEY WOULD RISE BUT I SUGGEST FILLING THEM HALF TO 3/4 WAY IN THE TRAYS. BAKE ON 160° FAN FORCE FOR APPROX 10-15 MINUTES DEPENDING ON OVEN 😊

𝕀𝕟𝕘𝕣𝕖𝕕𝕚𝕖𝕟𝕥𝕤 : 3 pounds roma tomatoes 1/3 cup olive oil 4 Tbs minced garlic 1 1/2 cup chicken or mushroom broth 1 cup heavy cream 1 Tbs Italian Seasoning Salt and pepper to taste 𝕀𝕟𝕤𝕥𝕣𝕦𝕔𝕥𝕚𝕠𝕟𝕤: * Preheat oven to 350°F * Cut tomatoes in half and lay it on a baking sheet. * Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle minced garlic over the tomatoes. * Sprinkle with salt and pepper. * Roast the tomatoes in the oven for 1hr-2hrs until they are dark. * Transfer the tomatoes in a blender and blend till smooth. * Add in broth a little at a time and blend. * Add in cream and blend till smooth. * Pour the soup in a saucepan and heat until hot. * Adjust with salt and pepper to your liking. * Serve with crusted baguette with a drizzle of cream and fresh parsley! 😍

I was delighted to be asked to do a recipe collab with such a renowned Irish brand clonakilty_blackpudding as its black and white puddings have been a family favourite for as long as I can remember, quite frankly Saturday morning breakfasts would not be the same without them. They have very recently introduced a veggie pudding which is a another fantastic tasty addition to their existing range. I wanted to show you how versatile the puddings are and it’s not just for breakfast or brunch but can be eaten anytime of the day and can be included in lots of tasty recipes. What I love about the pudding is that the recipe has not been changed since the 1880’s and is free from artificial preservatives. Also, there are very few ingredients in the puddings which nowadays is quite rare and the ingredients are ones you will immediately recognise, including Flahavan’s Irish pinhead oats, onions, Irish beef, Irish beef blood and a closely guarded aromatic secret family spice mix. These Black pudding tarts are so easy to make and are great served as a starter or a canape, served hot or cold and why not add a dollop of relish or chutney for an extra flourish. They are also a great addition to lunchboxes for something a little different and delicious. Chicken Tikka in Air-Fryer Dig into succulent & sumptuous CHICKEN TIKKA easily prepared in air- fryer. Almost fat free, the chicken is full of flavour & packed with nutrition. Ingredients: 800gm fresh chicken breast 3/4 cup thick curd 1/2 tsp red chilli pepper 1 tsp ginger paste 1 tbsp garlic paste 1 tsp APF 1/2 tsp vinegar 1 tsp refined oil 1/4 tsp turmeric Salt to taste 1 tsp garam masala 1 tbsp kasturi methi (optional) Method: Cut the chicken into medium sized pieces. Prepare a marinade by mixing all the rest of the ingredients. Mix in the chicken pieces and marinate for at least 1 hour or more. The mix should be refrigerated till use. To prepare tikka just switch on air fryer at 200 deg C, and when ready place pieces and cook for 5 min on one side, then reverse and cook again for 5 to 6 minutes or till done. Serve hot with sliced onions, dash of lemon and chutney. Apple Cider Donut Dots⠀ ⠀ I love pumpkin but we can’t forget how crisp and juicy apples 🍏 are this time of year. This apple cider donut recipe is a perfect tribute to the often overlooked fall fruit. ⠀ ⠀ These are of course gluten free and also nut free so they make a great treat for your kids classroom 🤓 I used an organic sprouted gluten free flour from earthnutri which I highly recommend! So many grains are heavily sprayed with pesticides so it is important to look for organic and the fact that they use sprouted grains makes it even easier to digest 🙌⠀ ⠀ The dough is super easy to work with and will hold up to making large donuts 🍩 as well! ⠀ ⠀ APPLE CIDER DONUT DOTS⠀ 2 1/2 c of gluten free flour ⠀ 1 tsp baking powder ⠀ 1/2 tsp baking soda⠀ 1 tsp cinnamon ⠀ 1/4 tsp nutmeg⠀ 1/4 tsp sea salt⠀ 1/2 c unsweetened apple butter (or thawed apple juice concentrate)⠀ 1/3 c coconut sugar⠀ 1/4 c coconut milk⠀ 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar ⠀ 4 T melted and cooled butter⠀ 1 large egg⠀ Melted coconut oil ⠀ ⠀ Coating:⠀ Coconut sugar⠀ Sea salt⠀ Cinnamon ⠀ ⠀ Drizzle:⠀ Coconut butter ⠀ ⠀ Directions: ⠀ 1. Mix together the coconut milk and vinegar in a small cup. Let stand while you mix the other ingredients per the next steps.⠀ 2. Add all dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Stir with a fork.⠀ 3. Add in the vinegar coconut milk and all remaining wet ingredients (except for the coconut oil) Stir with a fork until well blended. You can also use your hands.⠀ 4. Preheat the oven to 350°.⠀ 5. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll dough into small balls and space evenly apart on parchment lined cookie sheet.⠀ 6. Brush the top of each donut with coconut oil. Blueberry and white chocolate protein loaf 😻 The fluffiest, spongest VGN, nut free and GF protein loaf cake... so simple to make! I think this might be one of my favourite flavour combinations ✨ 60 g (1/4 cup) coconut oil 
200 ml (4/5 cup) unsweetened almond milk 8 tablespoons sweetfreedomuk Fruit Syrup 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Pinch salt 250 g gluten-free flour blend (or sub plain flour if not gluten-free) 50g Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder 
2 heaped teaspoons baking powder 1/4 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp thechiaco chia seeds 
100 g (1 cup) fresh blueberries 100G dairy free white chocolate Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Place the coconut oil in a large bowl and melt over a saucepan of boiling water or in the microwave. Once melted, add the milk to the same bowl along with the chia seeds, syrup, vanilla, salt and apple cider vinegar. Sift in the flour, protein powder, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda. Mix well, adding a tiny splash more milk if it’s looking too dry. Fold in the fresh blueberries and chocolate. Transfer mixture into a greased baking tin lined with baking paper. Bake in oven for around 30 minutes until risen and golden brown and an inserted skewer comes out clean. Once out the oven, leave to cool completely on a wire rack before applying the frosting 🧁 VeganRecipes Cake baking

Heat some oil in a pan. Dice the onion and fry it until the onion is golden brown. 2. Add the „meat“ to a huge bowl. I used the minced meat by lidlde , I guess the one by beyondmeat works as well (not sponsored). Add the lemon juice, soy sauce, spices and the fried onion. Knead everything with your hands for 2-3 minutes. 3. Form balls. 4. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the Balls for 7-8 minutes.
