Ингредиенты: . 🍴500 гр. мясного фарша 🍴300-400 гр. белокочанной капусты 🍴1 стакан отварного до полуготовности риса 🍴2-3 моркови . 🍴2 яйца 🍴1-2 небольшие луковицы 🍴250 гр. томатного сока . 🍴250 гр. сметаны. Все овощи нарезать и натереть как на видео, добавить в фарш, туда же яйца, посолить, поперчить и хорошенько перемешать, (если капуста не молодая, можно обдать кипятком). Из полученной смеси сформируйте небольшие котлетки и обжарьте их с обеих сторон на растительном масле. (Кто на ПП можете не жарить) Приготовьте соус. Смешайте сметану с томатной пастой, подсолите и приправьте специями, по желанию можно добавить чеснок, у меня сушенный. Кладём обжаренные голубцы в форму для запекания и заливаем их соусом. Запекать ленивые голубцы в духовке 40-45 минут при 180-200 градусов. За 15-20 минут до готовности можно посыпать тёртым сыром, а можно и без. You just want it gone. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ But here’s the difference: ❎Weight loss= fat and muscle ✅Fat loss= reducing your body fat percentage ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ♻️The reason we do NOT want muscle loss is because having a higher lean muscle mass will INCREASE your metabolism. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 👯‍♀️This is why 2 women who weigh 180lbs will look different if one has a higher lean muscle mass/lower body fat percentage than the one who has a lower lean muscle mass/higher body fat percentage. falafel's day Homemade Falafel #recipesfati @recipefati @cucinarefati Ingredients 250g chickpeas from a can 1 medium onion, finely chopped 2 garlic cloves, crushed 2 tsp ground coriander 2 tsp ground cumin small pack flat-leaf parsley, chopped 2 rounded tbsp plain flour 2 tbsp vegetable oil 100g houmous 4 burger buns, cut in half watercress, to serve Method Drain, rinse and dry the chickpeas thoroughly, then tip into the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until lightly broken up into coarse crumbs. Add the onion, garlic, spices, parsley, flour and some seasoning, and continue to pulse until combined. Using your hands, gently form the mixture into 4 patties about 10cm in diameter and 2cm thick. In a large pan, heat the oil and fry the falafels on each side for 2-3 mins or until golden (you may need to do this in batches). Lightly griddle the burger buns on the cut side in a griddle pan, or toast under the grill. Spaghetti Squash Lasagna 4 lb spaghetti squash - you will only need 4 cups (8 Greens) 8 oz part skim ricotta (1 Lean) 8 oz reduced fat mozzarella cheese, divided (2 Leans) 2 tbsp egg beaters 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese (2 Condiments) 2 cups Italian diced tomatoes with less than 5 g of carbs per 1/2 cup, divided (4 Greens) 1/4 tsp garlic powder (1/2 Condiment) 1/8 tsp salt (1/2 Condiment) 1/8 tsp pepper (1/4 Condiment) 2 tsp olive oil (1 Healthy Fat) 6 oz Jennie O Italian seasoned ground turkey, cooked or make your own seasoned meat (1 Lean) . Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prick squash with fork or metal skewer and cook in Microwave (cook for 5 and turn. Cook another 5 and turn. Cook for 5 more minutes until outside is soft). Cut in half and scoop out the seeds and discard. Use a fork or spoon to scoop out the rest of the squash and set aside in a bowl. Measure out 4 cups of spaghetti squash and store the rest in the fridge. Add oil to a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the 4 cups of squash for a few minutes until it begins to brown. Add garlic powder, salt and pepper, if desired. Mix ricotta cheese, parmesan, egg beaters and 4 oz or 1 cup of mozzarella cheese together. Pour 1 cup of the diced tomatoes on the bottom of a 9 inch or 8 inch square casserole dish and spread evenly. Add squash. Top the squash with the ricotta cheese mixture. Then top the ricotta cheese mixture with the cooked ground turkey. Spread 1 cup of diced tomatoes over the meat. Bake for 35 minutes. Spread the rest of the mozzarella cheese over the top (1 cup) and bake an additional 25 minutes until cheese is melted and lightly brown. Рисовая лапша с овощами и курочкой ________________________________ Рисовая лапша (вермишель) 0,5 упаковки (125 гр) Цукини (кабачок) 0,5 шт Лук репчатый 1 шт Морковь 1 шт Горький перец чили 0,5 шт Чеснок 2-3 зубчика Куриное филе 250 гр Соевый соус Бальзамический уксус Дижонская горчица Оливковое масло Соль, черный перец Сковорода WOK _______________________________ 🍜 Подготовить куриное филе и овощи: филе нарезать тонкими полосками и промакнуть бумажным полотенцем. Лук нарезать соломкой. Морковь и цукини с помощью овощерезки нарезаем длинными ленточками. Чеснок и горький перец измельчаем. 🍜 Филе перемешиваем с чесночком и острым перчиком. 🍜 В сковороду WOK вливаем 2 ст л оливкового масла и на большом огне обжариваем филе до чуть золотистого цвета (если выделился мясной сок, его сливаемся со сковороды, но не выливаем, а добавим его в конце процесса), добавляем лук, доводим до золотистого цвета, затем морковь и в самом конце цукини. 🍜 В это время паралельно кипятим воду и заливаем рисовую лапшу. Буквально на 1 минутку. Откидываем лапшу на друшляк. Добавляем лапшу в сковороду, уменьшив 🔥 до минимума, 2-3 ст л соевого соуса и аккуратно перемешиваем щипцами. 🍜 Готовим заправку (раскладка примерно на 1 порцию): 1 ст л соевого соуса, 1ч л мёда, 1 ч л бальзамического уксаса, 1 ч л дижонской горчицы, черный перец (можно чуточку соли, но не переборщить, так как соевый соус соленый сам по себе). Перемешиваем. 🍜 При подаче лапши с овощами поливаем заправкой порционно каждому. Harvested the first of the rapini from our garden this morning! It was always a staple vegetable growing up in our Italian household. *Another healthy and quick recipe that everyone loves- a healthy spinach sandwich 🌮 *Ingredients that you need :- Bread🍞 4 pieces, oil 2 tea spoon(one teaspoon to fry breads and another tea spoon to make omelette), spinach 1 cup (finely chopped), 1 potato (crushed in a grater), 1 onion (cutting), 2 green chillies (chopped), 1tsp cumin seeds, cucumber -1 (cut into small squared pieces) Process:- ∆∆ Add a tea spoon of oil on the heated pan. Fry bread pieces until turns a little brown in colour. Prepare omelette aside in another pan. To make a healthy omelette ~^ Break 2 eggs. cut the greens and vegies- spinach, crushed potatoes, small pieces of cucumber🥒, green chillies, onion, small amount of cumin seeds. Add all the stuffs into egg and mix them well. Heat the pan and slowly pour the batter into the pan and spread the batter on the pan well. Cook in simmer for 2-3 minutes then let the other side of the omelette cook. When the omelette is ready turn off the gas and let it cool in a plate. Cut the omelette into 4 pieces. Now everything is ready to start making sandwiches. Try this healthy recipe for bacon chorizo chipotle smothered meatloaf! Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef 1 pound ground chorizo 2 medium carrots, chopped 1 cup chopped button mushrooms 2 cups baby spinach, chopped 1/4 white onion, minced 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 cup almond flour 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon black pepper 1/8 teaspoon white pepper 1/2 pound bacon 2-3 tablespoons Sir Kensington's Chipotle Mayo or homemade chipotle mayo chopped green onions, to garnish Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 2. Place all ingredients, except for the bacon, mayo and green onions, in a large bowl and mix well with your hands until combined. 3. Put all the mixture into a 9x5 baking dish. Cut the bacon strips in half so they fit across the baking dish perfectly. Layer the bacon down the baking dish, overlapping the bacon slightly and covering all the meat mixture. Tuck the sides of the bacon in so they don't turn up while they bake. 4. Place in oven and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Then turn on broiler and cook for less than 5 minutes, just to brown the bacon a little more. Keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn't burn. 5.
