Why is it so frustrating to go to other grocery stores where the layout isn’t what you’re used to going to week in and week out?! 🤷🏻‍♀️ What I’ve learned is that if you shop in the “perimeter” all the stores are the same. Stay in the perimeter and you get the good produce, fresh veggies, and all the fruit you can feast your eyes on! 🤪 The middle isles?! 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 2 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘀 * 2 medium sized sweet potatoes (500g) * 2 tbsp olive oil * 2 tbsp corn starch * 1/2 tsp smoked paprika * 1/4 tsp onion powder * 1/8 tsp black pepper * 1 tsp sea salt Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a large baking sheet. Set aside. Slice uniformly the sweet potatoes into thin strips. Add the fries to a large bowl. Drizzle with the olive oil, and toss until they are evenly coated. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch, onion powder, paprika and pepper until combined. Sprinkle the mixture over the fries and toss until they are evenly coated and the cornstarch has soaked into the oil. Spread the fries out in an even layer on the baking sheet. Be sure that the fries aren’t overlapping. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove pan from oven, and flip each fry with a spatula. Bake for 15 more minutes, or until the fries are crispy and have begun to brown on the tips. Transfer the baking sheet to a cooling rack and sprinkle with salt. ZUCCA FRITTA😍 DORATA croccante fuori e morbidissima dentro😋 ECCO LA RICETTA COMPLETA 👉Ingredienti Zucca (spesse 4 mm circa) 12 fette Uova 2 Pangrattato q.b. Farina Di Mais Giallo q.b. Sale q.b. Olio Di Semi Di Arachide (o di oliva) q.b. 👉PROCEDIMENTO Per preparare la zucca fritta dorata le fette di zucca è importante che siano spesse circa 4-5 mm non di più. Non devono essere per forza rotonde, vanno bene fette anche rettangolari, quadrate, ricava la forma delle fette in base alla tua zucca. In un piatto metti le uova, in un altro mescola un poco di pangrattato con un poco di farina di mais, considera la stessa dose per entrambi. Con una forchetta sbatti le uova, passaci le fettine di zucca una per volta bagnandole su tutti i lati. Poi passa le fette nel pangrattato e mais. Scalda abbondate olio di semi di arachidi o olio di oliva, metti dentro le fette di zucca Cuoci le fette di zucca su entrambi i lati facendole dorare per bene, girale aiutandoti con una pinza o con due forchette. Cuoci le fette circa 3 minuti per lato, le levi quando saranno belle dorati e croccanti e le metti su di un piatto con carta assorbente. Buon pomeriggio! Tutti pronti per il dolcino di oggi? DANUBIO ALLA NUTELLA😍 Super soffice con tanto latte sensa burro! 👉INGREDIENTI Farina Manitoba 300 g Farina 00 250 g Latte 250 g Lievito Di Birra Fresco (5 g lievito secco) 15 g Uova 1 Zucchero 40 g Olio Di Semi Di Girasole 50 g Per farcire e decorare Nutella® q.b. Latte q.b. Zucchero A V q.b. 👉PROCEDIMENTO Scalda il latte per renderlo a temperatura ambiente. Sciogli il lievito nel latte con un cucchiaino di zucchero preso dai 40 g.  Mescola le due farine. In una ciotola metti metà farina con lo zucchero, l’uovo, il latte, il lievito sciolto, un pizzico di sale e impastate. Aggiungi gradualmente la restante farina fino ad ottenere una palla bella liscia e soda (lavora l’impasto per 10 minuti, se hai l’impastatrice usala) Metti l’impasto a lievitare per circa tre ore o comunque fino al suo raddoppio, coperto in un luogo asciutto. Prendi l’impasto, dividilo in tanti panetti del peso ognuno di 70 gr circa. Ogni panetto schiaccialo, farciscilo al centro con un pochino di Nutella, un cucchiaino. Chiudilo e dagli la forma di una pallina, fa così per tutti i panetti. Metti tutte le palline, distanziate fra loro un pochino, in uno stampo a cerchio apribile con carta da forno Metti a lievitare le palline ancora per 20 minuti nel forno spento con luce accesa. Spennella le palline con il latte. Sauté the bacon in a large skillet until it is brown and crispy While the bacon cooks, dice the garlic, add to bacon, cook for 2-3 more minutes. Then add chili flakes, pepper, dried parsley. Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and stir all together for 2-3 minutes. Add two cups of chicken broth to the skillet and dissolve off any remaining browned bits of bacon drippings from the bottom of the skillet. Boil chicken broth in a saucepan add fusilli pasta in it, cook for 10-15 minutes. The broth gives extra flavor to the pasta! Mix pasta, spinach-bacon and olive oil together. Spicy Whole-Roasted Cauliflower-- Makes 9 servings Per serving 1 vegetable 1 fat 2 ½ condiments 1 head cauliflower – total weight 1 ¼ pound 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped 2 tablespoons chili powder 3 teaspoons cumin 2 tablespoons grainy mustard PREPARATION 1. Preheat oven to 450º F. 2. Cut leaves from around the cauliflower and cut out the center core to create a flat surface for cauliflower to balance, making sure to leave the head intact. 3. Rub vegetable oil over cauliflower and season generously with salt. Transfer to a baking sheet or pie dish and roast for 45 minutes, or until fork tender. 4. BAKLAVA Ingredientes para baklava 350 gr. Nueces peladas. 150 gr. Pistachos pelados. 250 gr. Pasta filo. 2 Cucharadas de Canela en polvo. 1 Cucharada de nuez moscada en polvo. 100 gr. Mantequilla. 100 gr. Azúcar moreno. Ingredientes para el almíbar de miel 100 gr. Miel. 2 Cucharadas agua de azahar. 60 gr. Azúcar moreno. Jugo de medio limón. 120 ml. Agua. Preparación Para comenzar trituramos los frutos secos en batidora de vaso, si deseas obtener tamaños mas grandes puedes triturarlos a mano en una vasija. Posteriormente en un bol mezclamos los frutos secos triturados, azúcar moreno, canela y la nuez moscada. Reservamos. Seguidamente derretimos la mantequilla. Luego estiramos la pasta filo y colocamos el molde que vas a utilizar por encima cortando la pasta filo del mismo tamaño obteniendo aproximadamente de 10 a 12 laminas. A continuación colocamos una capa de pasta filo en el molde y barnizamos con mantequilla derretida. Realizamos esta acción con 2 a 3 tres capas seguidas. El número de capas que pongas es opcional. Después de colocar las 2 a 4 capas de pasta filo barnizadas de mantequilla derretida, añadimos la mitad de los frutos secos reservados. Volvemos a colocar de 2 a 4 capas de pasta filo barnizadas de mantequilla. Añadimos la mitad restante de frutos secos reservados. Colocamos el resto de pasta filo . Recordar colocar mantequilla en cada capa de pasta filo. Antes de colocar los baklavas en el horno cortamos en porciones. Pre calentamos el horno a 180/200 grados. Horneamos los baklavas durante 35 minutos aproximadamente. Cuando estén perfectamente dorados cubrimos el molde con papel de aluminio para evitar que se doren de mas. Horneamos otros 15 minutos más aproximadamente. Comenzamos a preparar el el almíbar. Colocamos en un cazo a fuego medio, miel, agua de azahar, azúcar moreno y jugo de medio limón. Mezclamos y llevamos a ebullición unos minutos. Reservamos. Por ultimo retiramos del horno y cubrimos con el almíbar de miel asegurándonos de repartidlos por todos los baklavas. Sale q.b. Vino Bianco Secco mezzo bicchiere 👉PROCEDIMENTO Laviamo i fiori di zucca, li puliamo e li tagliamo in striscioline. Tritiamo lo scalogno. In un  tegame grande e capiente facciamo dorare lo scalogno tritato in un poco di olio evo. Aggiungiamo il riso, lo facciamo tostare girandolo spesso con un cucchiaio. Versiamo il vino bianco, lo facciamo evaporare, aggiungiamo il brodo poco per volta, deve coprire il riso, come vediamo che si ristringe ne aggiungiamo altro. Just thought you’d appreciate how random my dinner was last night... I’m very much the sort of person who will not throw food away. I just can’t 🐻 it. So after the gym last night I rummaged around to the very ends of my fridge and freezer and thus, we have a fishcake, some red cabbage cooked with a bit of balsamic vinegar, home roasted nuts with a bit of salt and pepper and some peas with chilli and fresh lemon. I added a poached egg to the fishcake also. And a glass of red wine for good measure. Not sorry in the slightest.. . . . I think I have to thank my dads improvised cooking when I was a kid (marmite and ketchup in bolognaise? YES PLZ) . . . My point is, it’s a pretty healthy dinner if you can deal with the odd combination of it all... Se li provi così te ne innamori! 😍 CECI SABBIOSI IN PADELLA croccantissimi e troppo buoni! 😋 Pronti in pochissimi minuti!🤗 👉INGREDIENTI Ceci Precotti 500 g Pangrattato 2 cucchiai Farina Di Mais 2 cucchiai Olio Extravergine D’oliva q.b. Rosmarino q.b. Origano q.b. Pepe q.b. Sale g Aglio 1 spicchio PROCEDIMENTO Iniziamo nel levare dai ceci la pellicina, quindi sotto acqua corrente li strofiniamo con le mani, li sciacquiamo per bene e li scoliamo. In una padella facciamo dorare uno spicchio di aglio in un poco di olio evo, aggiungiamo i ceci e li saltiamo in padella salando e aggiungendo gli aromi, quindi origano e rosmarino e una macinata di pepe. Per terminare aggiungiamo il pan grattato e la farina di mais, con un cucchiaio giriamo il tutto finchè la panatura non diventa dorata. I nostri ceci sabbiosi in padella con gli aromi sono pronti, sentirete che buoni, saporiti e che profumo! И снова рецепт из серии #чтобыловхолодильнике 😍😍😍😍😍😂 Берите на заметку, как сделать простые и вкусные пампушки к чаю. ☕☕☕☕☕☕ Ингредиенты: Мука – 330 гр Кефир - 250 мл Соль- 0,5 ч л. Сода – 0,5 ч. Сахар – 1 ст.л., а если с брынзой или с сыром готовите, то без сахара Растительное масло – для жарки Сахарная пудра - для посыпки Приготовление: В кефир добавляем соду, сахар и соль, далее добавляем муку. Замешиваем тесто и даём отдохнуть ему30- 40 минут. Тесто разделить на 4 части, раскатываем одну часть теста в не большой жгут и нарезаем на кусочки шириной 1,5 см. Окунаем каждый кусочек в муку и формируем из него шарик. Обжариваем шарики в раскалённом масле до золотистого цвета, периодически переворачивая их в разные стороны. Огонь средний. Когда шарики остынут, посыпаем их сахарной пудрой. Всем советую половину порции теста начинить шарики сыром или брынзой смешанные с укропом и чесночком, это обалденно вкусно. Planujecie spotkanie w gronie przyjaciół?👫👭👬A może macie poprostu ochotę na malutką rozpustę❓ Mam dla was pyszny przepis💥💯 na francuskie zawijaski z serem i szynką💕. Małe, kruche i niezwykle smaczne!🔥 SKŁADNIKI: ✔️ciasto francuskie – 1 opakowanie, ✔️szynka gotowana – 10 dkg (najlepiej w plastrach), ✔️ser żółty – 10 dkg (najlepiej w plastrach), ✔️passata pomidorowa – 1/2 szklanki, ✔️przyprawy: tymianek/ oregano/czosnek/ zioła prowansalskie/bazylia ✔️czosnek granulowany, ✔️sól i pieprz. PRZYGOTOWANIE: Rozgrzej piekarnik do 220st. C. Przygotuj sos pomidorowy. Do niewielkiego naczynia przelej 1/2 szklanki passaty pomidorowej. Dopraw sos przyprawami które lubisz. Dobrze sprawdzi się oregano, zioła prowansalskie, czosnek granulowany. Rozwiń ciasto francuskie. Posmaruj je przyprawionym sosem pomidorowym. Rozłóż na całości plastry sera. Oprósz je ziołami porowansalskimi lub oregano oraz czosnkiem granulowanym. Teraz kolej na plastry szynki. Tak ułożone warstwy zacznij zwijać wzdłuż dłuższego boku ciasta francuskiego. Roladę kroimy w plastry o szerokości ok. 2 cm. Blachę wykładamy papierem do pieczenia i układamy zawijaski (na płasko). Pamiętaj aby nie układać zawijasków zbyt blisko siebie, ponieważ w trakcie pieczenia powiększą swoją objętość i mogą się skleić. Zapiekamy przekąskę aż do zarumienienia przez 15 minut. Gotowe! Świetnie smakują na gorąco i na zimno. Smacznego!
