КОЛБАСА ИЗ КУРИЦЫ ... 700-800 г куриного мяса (филе грудки, бедро) 1-2 луковицы 2 зубчика чеснока 20 г желатина 3-4 лавровых листика Соль по вкусу Специи по вкусу (у меня мускатный орех, перец чёрный) Свекольный сок (зависит от того какого цвета хотите) Курицу промыть, залить водой. Поставить на огонь, добавить очищенный лук и варить до готовности (я варю всегда подольше). Периодически снимать пену. Лавровый лист, соль, специи добавить минут за 10-15 до выключения. После вытащить мясо из кастрюли и поделить (порезать) на небольшие кусочки. Отлить бульона 2,5-3 половника и добавить в него 20 г желатина. Периодически перемешивать. Очистить свежую свеклу, натереть на терке и выжать сок. Мясо, чеснок, свекольный сок и бульон с желатином сложить в блендер и перебить. Я делала погружным блендером. Полученную массу выкладываем в обрезанную пластиковую бутылку или любую форму, которая нравится. Я внутрь бутылки положила пакет и в него выкладывала массу (удобно доставать и более гигиенично:)). Let us know what you think! 8 slices of good quality bread Mayonnaise for spreading 12 oz Gruyere cheese sliced thinly OR grated, at room temperature 6 oz White cheddar cheese sliced thinly OR grated, at room temperature 4 slices thin Muenster cheese at room temperature 2 yellow onions diced 1 tsp fresh thyme minced 2 tsp fresh rosemary minced, divided 1 tsp brown sugar Salt and pepper to taste 3 Tbsp butter divided 1 Tbsp olive oil Add 1 1/2 Tbsp butter and olive oil to a skillet and heat over MED-LOW. Add diced onions, salt, pepper, fresh thyme and 1 tsp of fresh rosemary to the hot skillet and saute, stirring often, until onions are soft and starting to brown, about 10 minutes. Stir brown sugar into the onions and cook another minute. Transfer onions to a plate. Spread one side of two pieces of bread with a little bit of mayonnaise. To the same skillet, add remaining butter and rosemary, and heat over MED. Swirl to coat the bottom of the skillet with the melted butter. Add both pieces of bread to the skillet, mayonnaise side down. Add a bit of cheese to the top of each piece of bread when it’s in the skillet. Once it starts to melt, sprinkle a couple tablespoons of the caramelized onions over the top of one slice of bread. When the bread is golden brown and crunchy - about 2-3 minutes - sandwich the pieces together and cook on LOW until cheese is fully melted. Transfer to a plate, repeat with remaining bread and ingredients. Slice and enjoy! . . . . . . . ХЛЕБ БЕЗ ЗАМЕСА ... Очень простой в исполнении, минимум финансовых затрат. Делаю такой хлеб постоянно. 500 г. муки 360 мл воды 1 ч.л. сахара (по желанию) 1-1,5 ч.л. соли (иногда кладу «Адыгейскую соль»- даёт хороший аромат) 10 г. свежих дрожжей или чуть меньше 1 ч.л сухих. Соотношение 1:3. В тёплой воде растворить дрожжи, сахар и соль. После всыпать муку и перемешать, но не вымешивать! Только чтобы мука смешалась с водой. Далее оставляем на пару часов. Я, чтобы больше не пачкать руки, заранее готовлю форму для выпечки, предварительно смазав растительным маслом, и выкладываю полученную массу туда. Прикрываю фольгой. Если есть время на поднятие теста- ставлю около плиты (в тёплое место), а если нет, то ставлю в духовку на поднятие минут на 30 и температуру +30+40 градусов. После включаю духовку на 200 градусов и выпекаю минут 20-25, затем снимаю фольгу и даю зарумяниться. Вытаскиваю, смазываю растительным маслом (необязательно), даю немного остыть и можно наслаждаться хрустящим, но мягким внутри, ароматным домашним хлебом. Soy Sauce or Liquid Aminos •2 Garlic Cloves, minced •6 Strips Bacon, cooked + crumbled •Optional: 3 Tbsp. Butter, melted . Directions: Place green beans in an 8x8 baking dish. Sprinkle onions and garlic over beans. Whisk together honey, soy sauce, and optional butter. Pour over green beans and stir to coat. Sprinkle bacon over top. Bake, uncovered in a 350-degree oven for 45 minutes. Stir again before serving.

Also prepare the vegetables (peel and chop onion, peel and slice carrot to ribbons, cut zucchini and pepper to cubes, slice green beans to smaller pieces). ⁠⠀ Cook veal on little coconut oil on high heat for a couple of minutes and stir until done. Green super soup! Packed full of goodness this is my go to lunch when I want a healthy, easy, and yummy light meal. You can basically mix in any greens you have at home (courgette, spinach, green beans, left over lettuce etc.). The ingredients I always make sure to include are fresh fennel, (frozen) peas, garlic and mint. These all combine to make it flavoursome and somewhat sweet. And you need a good vegetable stock. Once you have these things at home you can remake the soup very easily and any leftovers you can freeze in. Just shallow fry all veg in some olive oil before you add the stock and then you just mix it all up! Season to taste with salt and pepper. Best thing? Isobel (3years) loves this soup. Going with the curry theme.. you guys have to check my interpretation of the Creamy Malai Chicken Curry. So yummy and gets ready well under 20 mins..if you do your meal prep right that is! . . Maash Daal / Urad Daal For some reason the daal maash served in restaurants always tasted better than home cooked daal maash but..I cook daal very frequently and as any Pakistani will know, daal chawal is the stuff childhood lunches are made of! Daal is wonderful side to serve alongside any lamb dish to tone down the meatiness. Daal simply oozes with flavour and is a comfort food like no other! Simple food is comfort food. Ok another recipe sharing. Steamed tofu in garlic soya sauce. This is one simple dish you can whip this for your toddlers, confined mummies or even elderly. Let’s get starting. - 1 tofu (the 1 for soup/steaming) - 2 cloves of garlic - 2 tablespoon of sunflower oil - 1 tablespoon light soya sauce - 1 tablespoon sweet soya sauce (I use the ABC Indonesia brand, they are so sedap) - 1 stalk of coriander or spring onions Instructions 1) Prepare a steamer, place the tofu in a steam proof plate and steam for 5 min. Pour away liquid from the plate that collects during steaming. 2)In a microwave proof bowl, combine garlic and sunflower oil. Heat for 3 min or until the garlic turns golden brown. Remove from microwave, add light soy sauce and sweet soy sauce and mix well. 3) Arrange coriander/spring onion on top of the tofu and drizzle the garlic sauce onto it. Serve immediately. Thanks to foodfusionpk for the inspiration. For me the real chutney from the indopak kitchen are one of the best dips and this recipe basically let’s you cook chicken with that very chutney! The sauce is mostly on the meat so there’s not much left in the pan however with some additional water you will end up with good amount. Ingredients: 1/2 bunch fresh coriander and mint (each) 1 green chili (add 3 if you can handle the heat) 1/2 cup yogurt (yogurt replacement if you’re vegan) 1/2 tsp lemon juice 1/2 kg chicken (500g Tofu Dir vegan) 1 tsp whole garam masala (if you don’t have it add cumin seeds, cloves, cinnamon stick and black peppercorns) 1/2 tsp dry roasted cumin powder 1/2 tsp garam masala (please buy a good one) 1 tsp kasuri Methi (fenugreek leaves) 1 tsp ginger garlic paste (3 garlic cloves crushed and 2.5 cm long ginger and smash it mixing it with crushed garlic) 1 tsp salt or to taste Method: - Grind the coriander, mint, yogurt, chili and set aside - heat oil and fry whole garam masala for 30 seconds followed by onions until golden brown - add your chicken and fry until it changed color. In between add the ginger garlic paste - add salt and mix well - add the green mix and mix well. Then let it cook on medium heat for 15 mins - if the meat is cooked, add garam masala powder, cumin powder and fenugreek leaves and mix well and let it cook for two mins. If the meat isn’t ready, add some more water and cook. - take if off of the heat, add lemon juice, mix well and serve!

It’s easy to continue the “off plan” eating, but don’t do it! I’ve done it a few times and an off plan weekend has turned into a 1 month of super lazy keto mixed with cheats, 15lbs weight gain and struggling like crazy to get back on track. I’m not saying that will happen to you, but just know, I speak from experience... so don’t let another day go by💪 The following tips should help you get back into Ketosis and stay strong 💪 . •Fasting is the quickest way to get back into ketosis IMO. (24 hour fast= dinner to dinner) •Bulletproof Coffee/Tea •Eat “ZERO” carb for 2/3 days (no snacking in between meals) •Eat higher fat, low protein and really low carbs •OMAD (One Meal A Day) •If you must have a snack, treat or dessert... eat a fat bomb 🍫 •Workout in a fasted state so you can burn off any “sugar/carbs” you have left in your body (Cardio, dance, weights, power walk, etc). •No baked goods, treats, nuts, low carb tortillas or breads until you’re back in ketosis •Stick to meats, very low carb veggies and more healthy fats. • If you use sweetener, make sure it’s liquid (no carbs). You can choose one, a few or mix and match. Małe, kruche i niezwykle smaczne!🔥 SKŁADNIKI: ✔️ciasto francuskie – 1 opakowanie, ✔️szynka gotowana – 10 dkg (najlepiej w plastrach), ✔️ser żółty – 10 dkg (najlepiej w plastrach), ✔️passata pomidorowa – 1/2 szklanki, ✔️przyprawy: tymianek/ oregano/czosnek/ zioła prowansalskie/bazylia ✔️czosnek granulowany, ✔️sól i pieprz. PRZYGOTOWANIE: Rozgrzej piekarnik do 220st. C. Przygotuj sos pomidorowy. Do niewielkiego naczynia przelej 1/2 szklanki passaty pomidorowej. Dopraw sos przyprawami które lubisz. Dobrze sprawdzi się oregano, zioła prowansalskie, czosnek granulowany. Rozwiń ciasto francuskie. Posmaruj je przyprawionym sosem pomidorowym. Rozłóż na całości plastry sera. Oprósz je ziołami porowansalskimi lub oregano oraz czosnkiem granulowanym. Teraz kolej na plastry szynki. Tak ułożone warstwy zacznij zwijać wzdłuż dłuższego boku ciasta francuskiego. Roladę kroimy w plastry o szerokości ok. 2 cm. Blachę wykładamy papierem do pieczenia i układamy zawijaski (na płasko). Pamiętaj aby nie układać zawijasków zbyt blisko siebie, ponieważ w trakcie pieczenia powiększą swoją objętość i mogą się skleić. Zapiekamy przekąskę aż do zarumienienia przez 15 minut. Gotowe! Świetnie smakują na gorąco i na zimno. Smacznego!
