Blanches ou vertes, pleines de bons vitamines et minéraux et très peu calorique, elles se dégustent autant en plat salé que sucré. A ce propos, avez-vous déjà goûté ma recette de poulet aux figues? Pour 4 personnes : • 4 blancs de poulets • 4 figues fraîches en morceaux • Huile d’olive • Amandes effilées Faites cuire des blancs de poulet 5 min de chaque côté dans une poêle anti-adhésive. Dans le même temps, faites poêler dans un peu d’huile des figues émincées finement et faites dorer des amandes effilées sous le gril du four. Salez, poivrez et servez le poulet avec les figues. Parsemez d’amandes. PS : cela marche bien aussi avec des abricots ou avec des raisins secs. Pumpkin 🎃 anything please! It’s quickly turning to fall here and I thought I’d recipe test a macro friendly version of pumpkin bread! I’ll admit this doesn’t quite taste like the TJs pumpkin bread, buttttt you can’t really beat these macros ➡️ 8C | 1F | 9P — Mix the following: 1/2 cup pumpkin purée 1 ripe banana 1 cup egg whites 3 tbsp coconut flour 1 scoop iheartmacros vanilla protein powder 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice Optional: taste batter and add some coconut sugar for extra sweetness — Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 mins and enjoy!

Testing a new recipe today. Fig, gorgonzola & caramelized onions galette. I tried to create a simple gluten-free base for my fig galette and I think I managed to get a good result. The flavours were spot on and I think this dough also would work very well as a quiche base. Not much time for food styling but wanted to share with you anyway. So, this is what I did: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ In a food processor add 200g almonds and 150g sunflower seeds. Pulse until nuts & seeds break into a powder. Careful not to over blend, as they can become a nut butter instead. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Place the flour into a big bowl, add 2 medium eggs, a teaspoon of fine sea salt and mix by hand until they form a dough. Separate in two shaped balls. Using two baking sheets, place one of the balls in between them and roll into a disc approx 2 mm thick. Put in the fridge. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ** You can make two galettes (in this case, double the filling quantities below) or freeze the other ball to use later. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Pre-heat oven to 180C Now, place 2 Tablespoons of extra-virgin olive in a frying pan. Slice a medium sized onion, fry it for 5 minutes, add a teaspoon of dried thyme and let the onion caramelise. Set aside. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ To assemble, take the pastry disc out of the fridge. Place the caramelised onion first (remember to leave about 3 cm border all around), then sprinkle some crumbled gorgonzola, and finally place about 6 medium ripe (sliced) figs on top. Fold the edge of the dough over the figs. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Bake the galette for about 30-35 mins. Drizzle some honey over it, let the galette cool for about 10 mins and serve a slice with fresh salad leaves. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Figs are in season now and they taste like heaven. They contain minerals and high levels of fibre and calcium. Sometimes I dry it and make almond flour, but this time I made these suuuuuper quick and easy Garlic Rosemary Crackers. They’re friendly to you too 😘Recipe below, happy Wednesday🐫🐫🐫 healthyrecipes Garlic Rosemary Almond Crackers 1 cup almond pulp (flour would work) 1 tsp granulated garlic 1/2 tsp Rosemary 1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt 1 tbsp ground flaxseed 2.5 tbsp water 1. Combine all ingredients until dough forms. 2. Dough will be more sticky, so between two sheets of parchment, roll dough out into 1/4 inch thickness. 3. Cut into squares and on parchment lined baking sheet, bake at 350° for 30 minutes. I sprinkled mine with a bit more rosemary before baking, but that is opt. Małe, kruche i niezwykle smaczne!🔥 SKŁADNIKI: ✔️ciasto francuskie – 1 opakowanie, ✔️szynka gotowana – 10 dkg (najlepiej w plastrach), ✔️ser żółty – 10 dkg (najlepiej w plastrach), ✔️passata pomidorowa – 1/2 szklanki, ✔️przyprawy: tymianek/ oregano/czosnek/ zioła prowansalskie/bazylia ✔️czosnek granulowany, ✔️sól i pieprz. PRZYGOTOWANIE: Rozgrzej piekarnik do 220st. C. Przygotuj sos pomidorowy. Do niewielkiego naczynia przelej 1/2 szklanki passaty pomidorowej. Dopraw sos przyprawami które lubisz. Dobrze sprawdzi się oregano, zioła prowansalskie, czosnek granulowany. Rozwiń ciasto francuskie. Posmaruj je przyprawionym sosem pomidorowym. Rozłóż na całości plastry sera. Oprósz je ziołami porowansalskimi lub oregano oraz czosnkiem granulowanym. Teraz kolej na plastry szynki. Tak ułożone warstwy zacznij zwijać wzdłuż dłuższego boku ciasta francuskiego. Roladę kroimy w plastry o szerokości ok. 2 cm. Blachę wykładamy papierem do pieczenia i układamy zawijaski (na płasko). Pamiętaj aby nie układać zawijasków zbyt blisko siebie, ponieważ w trakcie pieczenia powiększą swoją objętość i mogą się skleić. Zapiekamy przekąskę aż do zarumienienia przez 15 minut. Gotowe! Świetnie smakują na gorąco i na zimno. Smacznego!
