Ingredients: • 2 Large Potatoes • 8 strips of bacon • 1.5 cups sharp cheddar • Green Onion • Sour Cream • 2 Tbs butter • 1/2 cup whole milk • salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Sazon • diced onions & 1 jalapeño(optional) . Directions: Rinse and puncture the potatoes all over with a fork and Bake potatoes on 400 degrees until fork tender (or microwave them). Rub them with olive oil on the outside and season with salt. Once potatoes are tender, slice the tops off and scoop out the inside. Add potatoes to a bowl and mash. Mix with milk, sour cream, butter, green onions, 1/2 of your bacon and cheese and season to taste. Mash the potatoes with... 1 cup grated parmesan cheese kosher salt and black pepper 1 clove garlic, grated In a shallow bowl combine... 2 cups Panko bread crumbs 2 teaspoons chipotle or regular chili powder Scoop about 1 tbs of the sweet potato out, roll into a cylinder and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Vegan Sriracha Ramen🍜🍜 Follow tastyrecipemeals 📸 mymeatles 200g (about 8oz) vegan noodles of choice [Sautéed Tofu] • 1 tbs grape seed oil • 200g (8oz) firm tofu, crumbled • 1/8 tsp salt (I use black salt) • 1 tbs chili oil • 1 tbs ginger-garlic, chopped • 6 scallions, chopped* (use half for tofu and the other for toppings) • 1 tbs coconut sugar • 1 tbs soy sauce • 1 tbs sriracha sauce - sauté tofu in oil until most of the liquid has evaporated before adding chili oil, garlic, ginger, and scallions. Continue to cook until fragrant. Add sugar, soy sauce, and sriracha sauce. Fold everything together before removing tofu from the pot and set aside. 🍜 [Broth] • 50g (2oz) onion, chopped • 100g (4oz) bamboo shoots (optional- can use other vegetables like julienned carrot) • 100g (4oz about 1C) cabbage, cut into thin strips • 100g (4oz about 1C) bean sprouts • 3cups UNSALTED vegetable broth • 1/2cup almond milk or cashew milk • 3tbs soy sauce • 2tbs tahini or peanut butter • 1/4cup sriracha sauce - Instructions: 1. In the same pot that used to cook tofu, add chopped onion and sauté on low heat (just to sweat it). 2. Once the onion becomes translucent, add the rest of the vegetables. Sauté for about a minute or two. Cook your noodles* (my ramen noodles needed 2-3 minutes or cooking- if your noodles need longer to cook- you need to figure out the starting time that will end the same time as the broth is done). 3. Add vegetable broth, almond milk, soy sauce, tahini, and sriracha sauce. Bring to a boil. 4. Simmer on low heat for a few minutes. 5. Have a taste and see if you need more seasoning for the broth before serving. 6. Sweet potato crust pizza🍕🍕 📸 wearesovegan. A very cleaver, healthy crust and sounds delicious. Follow tastyrecipemeals👈 Recipe: For the base: 500 g sweet potato peeled and roughly chopped 2 cups oat flour For the filling: 2 tbsp tomato puree 1 cup spinach 1 red onion sliced 3 chestnut mushrooms sliced 1 red pepper sliced 2 garlic cloves diced pinch of salt & pepper 2 tsp Italian herbs 1 tsp chili flakes 2 tbsp olive oil a few basil leaves 60 g vegan mozzarella sliced 1. Preheat oven to 200°C and line a large baking tray with greaseproof paper. 2. Cook the sweet potato in a steamer for 20 minutes or boil the potato until soft. 3. Transfer the soft sweet potato to a mixing bowl and mash. Then add oat flour and mix with a wooden spoon until well combined. 4. Prepare a little water in a small bowl and use it to wet your hands, then shape the sweet potato dough into a ball and place it on the lined baking tray. Dipping your hands in the water will make it easier to shape the dough without it sticking to your hands. 5. Shape the dough into a circle roughly 0.5cm thick and smooth it out around the edges. 6. Bake the dough in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes. 7. Meanwhile, prepare the toppings by mixing together the onion, pepper, mushrooms, garlic, salt, pepper, italian herbs, chilli flakes and olive oil until the veggies are fully coated in the seasoning. 8. Once the dough has finished baking, remove from the oven and spread the tomato puree on top followed by a layer of spinach. Then, start layering the veggies on the pizza. 9. Finish with slices of vegan mozzarella, some basil leaves and a drizzle of olive oil. 10. Directions: Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Partially steam the oyster (5-10mins) until they begin to open a bit. This is a hack for easier shucking! Fry bacon and set aside. Add butter, spinach, onions, garlic and saute 3-5 minutes. Next, allow to cool for a few minutes and then add food processor or blender along with permesan and bread crumbs and pulse until mixed and incorporated. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Arrange oysters on a baking sheet and season lightly with salt. Spoon mixture on top of each oyster shell evenly. Top with remaining Pecorino Romano or parmesan cheese and then bake for about 10 minutes or until the oyster topping is nicely browned. Squeeze fresh lemon over oysters before serving. Preparation time - 20 mins Cooking time - 30 mins Total time - 50 mins ---------------------------------------------------- Ingredients: Vegetable oil Chicken thighs - 5 pieces Salt Black pepper Chicken seasoning or set of spices: creole spice, chili pepper, garlic powder White mushrooms - 1 cup Sweet pepper - 1 cup Tomato - 5 medium pieces Onion - 1 medium piece Zucchini - 0.5 piece ---------------------------------------------------- Recipe: Stage 1: 1. Turn your burner to a high setting (Sauté setting) and place a pan (or pot) on the burner. 2. Place 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in the pan and wait till you see slight ripples in the fat from being heated. This should be a good heat level. 3. Add 5 chicken thighs to pan skin-side down. 4. Season the top side of thighs with salt, creole spice, chili pepper, garlic powder, and black pepper (or use special chicken seasoning). 5. Cook until golden and crisp, 3 to 5 minutes, then flip, season the other side, and cook 3 minutes more. Flip again and cook 1 minute more. 6. Remove chicken from pan. Stage 2: 7. Wash and slice 1 cup of mushrooms, 1/2 cup of sweet pepper, 5 medium fresh tomatoes, 1 medium onion, and half of zucchini. 8. Place 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in the oven-tray. 9. Add ingredients in the oven-tray in the following order: mushrooms, pinch of salt, pepper, tomatoes, onion, pinch of salt, pinch of black pepper, zucchini, pinch of salt, thighs. 10. Add chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook the chicken thoroughly, about 6-8 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. Add remaining olive oil to the skillet. Add onion and peppers and sauté for 5-7 minutes. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute. Add the chicken broth, lime juice, black beans, tomatoes, rice, salt, and pepper and stir to combine.
