This year I was thinking to skip the crossfitopen as I don’t feel I am there neither physically nor mentally.
But I listened to my coach and registered, just to participate, I am not even considering a single redo. Honestly it feels good just doing it even alone, it does give me the feeling that I am still part of this huge crossfit community.
Today I did 20.2, was fun and chill one. I paced myself and kept going, I was lucky to have coach Mohanad Thabet as judge. He pushed me with right amount of enthusiasm till I got to 422 reps. I wished for 500, maybe next year , but with my current state I am happy with this number.
