ES LÄUFT AUFWÄRTS! 🏃‍♀️ Heute war ich mal mit einer Freundin laufen. 10 Kilometer hatte ich mir vorgenommen, um mich seelisch und moralisch auf die Marathon-Staffel in München vorzubereiten. Da die Freundin nie mit GPS-Uhr oder dergleichen unterwegs ist, war anfangs nicht klar, ob ihre vorgeschlagene Strecke die Anforderungen erfüllen würde. (Letzten Endes haben wir dann sogar noch eine Runde extra um Park gedreht, um die 10 voll zu machen.) Was mich allerdings besonders erstaunt hat, war die Tatsache, dass wir eigentlich permanent über Gott und die Welt quatschend sogar die hiesigen Hügel erklommen haben, ohne dass ich komplett außer Puste gekommen wäre! Vor 2-3 Jahren sah das bei mir noch ganz anders aus! Jetzt freue ich mich einfach, dass ich trotz des fehlenden Tempotrainings und mininierter Laufeinheiten im letzten Jahr doch sowas wie ne Grundlagenausdauer aufgebaut habe! Омлет с креветками и овощами Привет, фитнес-друзья ) Сегодня готовила такой омлет из того, что было в холодильнике. Результат меня приятно удивил. Ингредиенты: яйца, креветки варено-мороженые, лук репчатый, чеснок, помидор, соль, приправки, оливковое масло. При желании можно добавить немного молока и еще каких-нибудь овощей, например, болгарского перца. Лук, помидоры и креветки я нарезала кубиками среднего размера, чеснок нарезала мелко. В разогретой с оливковым маслом сковородке сначала обжарила лук минуты 3, потом добавила туда помидоры и чеснок, соль, приправки и обжаривала еще 3 минуты, периодически помешивая. Затем добавила креветки. В миске смешала яйца, немного молока, щепотку соли и приправок из трав и взбила все это до объединения ингредиентов. Залила креветки с овощами омлетной смесью. Накрыла крышкой, убавила огонь до минимума и ждала 15 минут. При подаче можно посыпать свежей зеленью. Trail run done!! Today is my last day at my old office in Arlington and it's only 72 degrees! So I decided to go exploring one last time and ended up finding a local park/trail only a mile and a half from the office! The run there was a mix of flat roads and hills. The trail itself was awesome and at one point you come up to a huge lake. This was probably not my smartest idea because 1) I had never been there before 2) it was seriously deep into the woods and at one point I lost the trail because it became overgrown and 3) it was a spontaneous decision and I didn't tell anyone. But!! I survived lol and I would love to go there again but with a friend next time. This was my first legitimate trail run and booyyyy did it do some weird things to my ankles/calves. It was pretty shifty a few times but no casualties. Overall I'm really happy with my last run in Arlington! When trying to build in a new running habit-YOU MUST PLAN. It isn’t a habit yet so building it into your day is essential. I have learned this the hard way many times. I would add “run” on my to-do list for the day, but not designate when...and all of a sudden it is 10PM and I havn’t gotten to it yet! . This is why I set a night time/early morning intention. So I manage the day so the day doesn’t manage me. . This is how I build my daily intention/plan so that I don’t miss my run-unless it is intentional because it is a rest day. 1. How will I live this day. I pick one thing to focus my attention on. Is it grattitude, joy, or peace? 2. What are my appointments I need to be at for the day? 3. What is the BIG focus to accomplish at work today? 4. What are the little tasks that would be amazing to get done, but I would live to see another day if they were done tomorrow? 5. Looking at the schedule I block off when I will run and then when I can do the little tasks. . This takes all of 5 minutes. These 5 min are the most important part of my day. Without it, I am reactive not proactive and tend to never get to my needs because i spend the whole day catering to the needs of others. . So, pro tip: If you are trying to build a running routine. Start by building a 5 min habit of planning out your day to fit in the run. Once you find and designate the time for it there is far less resistance to getting started. . .
