🎶 It’s raining MINT! Hallelujah! 🎶 ————— EASY MINT-BLUEBERRY CRUMBLE with help from our favorite pastry chef @laurelcatena TOPPING 1 cup flour 1 cup brown sugar 1 1/4 cup oats 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon salt 6 oz butter, chopped Mix the first 6 ingredients together in a bowl. Cut in the butter until crumble is formed. FILLING 6 cups fresh blueberries ¼ cup sugar 2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh mint 1½ Tbsp cornstarch Zest and Juice from half a lime Layer in small baking dishes (6-8) and top with crumble topping. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Let cool a bit, top with vanilla ice cream and fresh organic mint leaves 🌿 Enjoy! 💚

Got some burger patties lying around....eat them for breakfast!⠀ ⠀ Yea you heard me right! I cooked up burger patties early this week and still had some leftover this morning and I am all about reusing and repurposing leftovers! ⠀ ⠀ So I heated up my patty, fried an egg, slapped it on top and called it a Breakfast Burger (whole30 and paleo of course) lol.⠀ I also fried some @garrettvalleyfarms bacon, onions and brussels seasoned with @redmondrealsalt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano. ⠀ ⠀ Then added some blubs and had a dang good Saturday Brunch post morning #barre class.⠀ ⠀ How do you guys repurpose your burger patties???⠀ ⠀

🌴 Coconut Puffs 🌴 • R E C I P E • 250 g ricotta cheese - 100 g powdered sugar - 150 g coconut flour - 100 g dark chocolate • In a bowl put the coconut, powdered sugar and ricotta. Mix and leave it in the fridge for a few minutes. Remove from the fridge and form balls. Those that you want to leave white pass them directly in the coconut flour, the ones you want to cover with chocolate, leave them on parchment paper and put them in the fridge. Take them out of the fridge and pass them in the previously melted chocolate with a fork. Summery Farro Salad inspired by one of my favorite salads at @westwoodprimemeats! . Step 1: Simmer 1C pearled Farro w/ 2C water & 1/2 tsp salt for ~20mins . Step 2: Meanwhile, dice 1/2 Cucumber, 1 small Bell Pepper, a few stalks of Celery, 2 small tomatoes (Roma or on the vine), a bunch of Scallions, & fresh Italian Parsley . Step 3: Drain & rinse Farro & let it cool (ll or out of the fridge) . Step 4: Mix 1/2C good olive oil, scant 1/4C champagne vinegar, 1Tbsp good Dijon mustard, salt & pepper to taste until emulsified . Step 5: Combine Farro & veggies. Add 1/2 of the dressing, toss, taste, & add more to taste/desired consistency . This is one of those salads that only gets better over time as it absorbs all of that delightful dressing. Ванилин - 1 пакетик Мука - 250 гр. Разрыхлитель - 10 гр. Яблоки - 3-4 шт. Сахарная пудра - для присыпки Слив.масло - для смазывания формы ——————————————————1.Взбить яйца с сахаром в пышную пену. Добавить сметану, раст.масло, щепотку соли и ванилин. Перемешать. 2.Просеять муку (у меня пшеничная с ржаной), смешать ее с разрыхлителем. Добавить муку к яичной массе. Аккуратно перемешать. Включите духовку на 180°. 3.Пару яблок очистить от кожуры, нарушать мелкими кубиками, добавить к тесту, перемешать. 4.Форму смазать слив.маслом, присыпать мукой. Выложить тесто, сверху украсить тонкими дольками яблока с кожурой. Выпекаем 40-50 мин. Did you know if you work 40 hours a week you work 2,080 hours in a typical work year?!?!?! Let that sink in. Isn’t it crazy?!?! We dedicate at least 8 hours a day to work. We come home and dedicate time to our families, running errands, tidying up, and paying bills to name a few. Yet we feel bad for giving ourselves 20 MINUTES A DAY!!! . We can easily forget to pay attention to our health with the constant demands, but you HAVE to make yourself a PRIORITY!!! . I have been loving all things “no bake” lately because they’re so quick, easy & don’t involve the oven 🥵 These cookies can be flattened to a traditional shape or rolled into lil balls like I did here 😍💕 I will leave the recipe for you lovelies down below! . #dEATS —-> Recipe: 1/2 cup plant milk 4 tbsp cacao powder 4 tbsp coconut sugar 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter 2 cups old fashioned oats 4 tsp coconut oil Directions: 1. In a small pan add the plant milk, cacao powder & coconut sugar & bring to a light boil. 2. Remove from heat & add in the peanut butter until it’s melted. 3. Add in the oats and coconut oil & mix until well combined. 4. Using a spoon, scoop spoonfuls of mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper & mold into desired shape. 5. Place into freezer for 30 minutes until set. Link to recipe in my bio or here.... 👩‍🍳 What you need: 1-2 small/medium yellow squash 1-2 small/medium zucchini 1 Tablespoon olive oil To taste - Tony Chachere’s Creole seasoning To taste -Shredded parmesan cheese Cut squash and zucchini into 1/4-inch-thick slices. Add oil to large skillet on medium-high heat. Add veggies and Tony Chachere's seasoning to taste. Sauté vegetables for about 10 minutes. Stirring occasionally to cook through and keep from sticking. Add parmesan cheese and cover with a lid to finish until cheese melts and squash is tender. This side is really quick and I added Uncle Ben's ready rice (90 seconds and done) to go with our oven baked chicken. I love that I can put the chicken in the oven and walk away. Remove and discard the husks and silks from the corn. Then rinse the corn cobs under cold water. Place the corn cobs directly on the grill grates. Grill for 8-10 minutes, turning the corn cobs every couple of minutes, until some of the kernels have started to blacken. Remove the corn cobs from the grill. While the corn cobs are still warm, rub them all over with the lime wedges. Then sprinkle each cob with cilantro and a couple pinches of salt and red pepper flakes. Enjoy immediately. Panchkuta:⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Panchkuta is a traditional and important part of a Marwari food culture. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ The ingredients of Panchkuta are kumatia (Acacia senegal), ker (Capparis decidua), sangri (Prosopis cineraria), gunda (Cordia myxa) and mango. This combination is an excellent source of minerals required to reduce cholesterol, triglycerides and good for kidney and liver too. It’s very high in phosphorus, zinc and selenium and protein. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ This mixture is deeply ingrained in Rajasthani culture. They grow naturally as pods, seeds and fruits in the dry regions of Rajasthan. Their trees are excellent for environment as they fix nitrogen and improve the soil fertility. However, with water canals in Rajasthan, farmers are moving towards new farming practices which is one of the reasons for disturbed eco system there.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Panchkuta can be stored for the year round and is a preferred food for travel , when fresh vegetables are not available and even weddings. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Recipe:⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Ingredients:⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ √ 100 g of panchkuta mix⁣⁣ √ 100 ml of cold pressed mustard oil ⁣⁣ √ A pinch of asoefetida⁣⁣ √ 1 tsp Jeera⁣⁣ √ 1 tsp Red chilli powder⁣⁣ √ 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder⁣⁣ √ 1 tsp of fennel seeds powder⁣⁣ √ 1 tsp of dry mango powder⁣⁣ √ Salt to taste⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣Procedure:⁣ ⁣ Soak the mixture overnight. Wash again a couple of times and pressure cook with water for only one whistle. In a pan, heat oil and put hing, jeera and turmeric powder. Add the boiled and strained mixture. double chocolate tahini banana bread muffins {recipe below} . . . super simple + oh so delicious. ready to eat in under and hour (baking and cooling included time included) and did I mention double chocolate + tahini?! have a great saturday 😘 . . . . double chocolate + tahini banana muffins . . 1 3/4 c all purpose flour (210g) 1/4 c cocoa (20g) 1 tsp baking soda  1/2 tsp baking powder  1/4 tsp salt . 1 1/4 cup mashed bananas (about 3 medium bananas) 3/4 c muscovado sugar (169g), can sub with packed dark brown sugar 1/3 c tahini, well stirred  1/4 c greek yogurt  3 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted 2 eggs, room temperature 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 c chocolate chunks, roughly chopped . . Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a 12 ct. muffin tin with cupcake liners. Set aside.  Whisk together the flour, cocoa, baking soda and powder and salt. Set aside. Stir well to combine the sugar, tahini and melted butter. Add in eggs and mix until glossy. Add in yogurt, mashed bananas and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined. Add in the dry ingredients to the wet 1/2 at a time. Mix until JUST combined (don't over mix). Fold in chocolate chips. Fill each cupcake liner 3/4 full. Bake at 350 F for 20-24 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out mostly clean. Cool in pan on cooling rack for 15 minutes. Remove and cool additional 15 minutes.
