In Allen Gannett's book "The Creative Curve", he discusses how almost every artist/creative at the top of their game, at some point studied with a mentor who was also at the top of theirs. It seems like such a simple concept but is often so overlooked. In the music industry, knowledge and experience are key!
I am very thankful to have my longtime mentor and friend Leigh McRae @mcraevocalmastery
I recently dropped into the studio with Leigh to record an acoustic cover of Elton John's "Mona Lisas and Mad Hatters". You'll be able to catch the video next week ✌️
If you have any thoughts about mentors or teachers I'd love to hear them ⏬
