*Breakfast was beans, tomatoes and scrambled egg with 2 brown toast (HeB)
*Snacks of 3 babybel (HeA x1) and a blueberry muffin muller light (1 syn)
*Lunch was couscous (1 syn) and veg
*Snack 2 was a bag of spacies (3 syns)
*Tea was root veg and braised steak sw meal with veg
*Supper was 13 nugs cos extra in packet (6½ syns) and a ww wrap (6 syns)
Day ended on 17½ syns cos refuse to eat owt else!!
